Abstract
【解決手段】一実施形態では、ガス流24からの二酸化炭素回収システム10は、第一圧力にした、ガス流入口を有する反応室14、二酸化炭素と化学反応して固体材料を形成する相変化型液体吸着剤12、固体材料を分解して二酸化炭素ガスを放出し、液体吸着剤42を再生する再生ユニット36、及び反応室と再生ユニットの間に配置され、固体材料を液体と混合してスラリーを形成し、スラリーを加圧し、スラリーを再生ユニットに輸送するように構成された輸送機構を備える。一実施形態では、ガス流からの二酸化炭素回収方法は、二酸化炭素を相変化型液体吸着剤と化学反応させて固体材料を形成し、固体材料を液体と混合してスラリーを形成し、スラリーを再生ユニットに加圧輸送し、スラリーを加熱して二酸化炭素ガスを形成し液体吸着剤を再生する工程を含む。

Description
式中、R基はそれぞれ独立に水素又は低級アルキル基とすることができる。多くのアミジン化合物はオキソ酸誘導体であるとみなす(もとのオキソ酸がカルボン酸である場合、形成するアミジンはカルボキサミジンである)。具体的なアミジン化合物は、Kranzの米国特許第4162280号及びTracyらの米国特許第4129739号に記載されている。アミジンの例には、ホルムアミジン(HC(=NH)NH2)があるが、これに限らない。

Claims (15)
- ガス流(24)から二酸化炭素を回収するシステム(10)であって、
第一圧力にある、ガス流入口を有する反応室(14)と、
二酸化炭素と化学反応して固体材料を形成する相変化型液体吸着剤(12)と、
固体材料を分解して二酸化炭素ガスを放出し、液体吸着剤(42)を再生する再生ユニット(36)と、
反応室(14)と再生ユニット(36)の間に配置され、固体材料を液体と混合してスラリーを形成し、スラリーを加圧し、スラリーを再生ユニット(36)に輸送するように構成された輸送機構(100)と
を備えるシステム(10)。 - 再生ユニット(36)からの再生した液体吸着剤の出口が輸送機構の液体入口と動作可能に連絡しており、再生した液体吸着剤(42)を固体材料と混合してスラリーを形成できるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 輸送機構(100)が、互いに流体連通するスラリータンク(102)とスラリーポンプ(104)を有し、スラリータンク(102)内で固体材料と液体を混合してスラリーを形成し、スラリーポンプ(104)がスラリーを加圧し、スラリーを再生ユニット(36)に輸送するように構成された、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記液体が再生した液体吸着剤(42)のスリップストリーム(48)である、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 液体吸着剤(12)がアミン化合物を含有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物が、ポリイミン、ポリアミン、環状アミン、グアニジン、アミジン、ヒンダードアミン、アミノ酸、アミノシロキサン化合物又はこれらの1つ以上の組合せを含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物が、ポリエチレンイミンを含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物が、4−アミノピリジン、1,5−ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]ノナ−5−エン(DBN)、1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]ウンデカ−7−エン(DBU)又はこれらの1つ以上の組合せを含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物がホルムアミジン(HC(=NH)NH2)を含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物が、2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン、tert−ブチルアミン、シクロヘキシルジアミン、2−(ジメチルアミノ)エタノール、2−(ジエチルアミノ)エタノール、2−(エチルメチルアミノ)エタノール、1−(ジメチルアミノ)エタノール、1−(ジエチルアミノ)エタノール、1−(エチルメチルアミノ)エタノール、2−(ジイソプロピルアミノ)エタノール、1−(ジエチルアミノ)−2−プロパノール、3−(ジエチルアミノ)−1−プロパノール又はこれらの1つ以上の組合せを含む、請求項5記載のシステム。
- アミン化合物がNH2C3H6Si(Me)2OSiMe2C3H6NH2(式中、Meはメチル基を示す)である、請求項5記載のシステム。
- ガス流(24)から二酸化炭素を回収する方法であって、
二酸化炭素を相変化型液体吸着剤(12)と化学反応させて固体材料を形成し、
固体材料を液体と混合してスラリーを形成し、
スラリーを再生ユニット(36)に加圧輸送し、
スラリーを加熱して二酸化炭素ガスを形成し液体吸着剤(42)を再生する
工程を含む方法。 - スラリーを2atm以上の圧力に加圧する、請求項12記載の方法。
- さらに、スラリータンク(102)に再生した液体吸着剤のスリップストリーム(48)を導入して固体材料と混合する工程を含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- さらに、二酸化炭素と化学反応させる前に液体吸着剤(12)をアトマイズする工程を含む、請求項12記載の方法。
