（ハ）本体容器（１）の前面部に蝶つがい（１０）で繋がれた開閉式扉（２）を設ける。
（ニ）開閉式扉（２）には、取っ手（４）と金属板（３）を設け、本体容器（１）の前面部の上下と左右には、ガード板（９）を設け、本体容器（１）の前面上部には、マグネット（５）を設ける。
本発明は、以上のような構造である。
