Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関のクランク軸用のすべり軸受10であって、互いに組み合わされてすべり軸受を形成する一対の半円筒形状軸受14、16と、各半円筒形状軸受の内周面の各円周方向端部領域に、半円筒形状軸受の軸線方向の全幅に亘って軸受壁厚を減ずることによって形成されたクラッシュリリーフ12とを有するすべり軸受において、クラッシュリリーフの軸受壁厚減少量である逃し深さRDが、半円筒形状軸受の円周方向において各端部で最大で、円周方向中央に向かって漸減しており、且つ半円筒形状軸受の軸線方向において中央で最大で、軸線方向両端部に向かって漸減しているすべり軸受が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関のクランク軸用のすべり軸受であって、
互いに組み合わされて前記すべり軸受を形成する一対の半円筒形状軸受と、
前記各半円筒形状軸受の内周面の各円周方向端部領域に、前記半円筒形状軸受の軸線方向の全幅に亘って軸受壁厚を減ずることによって形成されたクラッシュリリーフと
を有するすべり軸受において、
前記クラッシュリリーフの軸受壁厚減少量である逃し深さRDが、前記半円筒形状軸受の円周方向において各端部で最大で、円周方向中央に向かって漸減しており、且つ前記半円筒形状軸受の軸線方向において中央で最大で、軸線方向両端部に向かって漸減していることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記各半円筒形状軸受を、その円周方向両端面が下端面となるように水平面上に置いた場合の該水平面から前記軸受内周面上のクラッシュリリーフの上縁までの高さとして表されるクラッシュリリーフの逃し長さRLが、軸線方向中央で最大RL1であり、該軸線方向中央から前記軸線方向全幅の1/4に相当する距離だけ離れた各軸線方向位置でのクラッシュリリーフ逃し長さRL3が、前記最大逃し長さRL1の60〜90%である請求項1に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記半円筒形状軸受の軸線方向中央での前記クラッシュリリーフの逃し長さRL1が3〜15mmであり、軸線方向各端部での前記クラッシュリリーフの逃し長さRL2が0.1〜2mmである請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記半円筒形状軸受の円周方向各端部における前記クラッシュリリーフの逃し深さRDは、軸線方向中央部で0.01〜0.05mmであり、軸線方向各端部で0.005〜0.02mmである請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記クラッシュリリーフの上縁が、前記軸受内周面上で弧を描くように構成されている請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記クラッシュリリーフの上縁が、前記軸受内周面上で直線状に構成されている請求項2に記載のすべり軸受。
