Claims (20)
- 外用的に軸体上又は内用的に穴の内側で使用するための止め輪において、
軸方向厚さと半径方向幅を有する矩形横断面を備えており、前記軸方向厚さが半径方向幅より大きい、止め輪。 - 前記止め輪にはスラスト荷重が掛かっていて、前記スラスト荷重は、軸方向成分と半径方向成分を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、第1端と、前記第1端から或る距離だけ離隔されている第2端と、を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、前記第1端の第1取り外し孔と、前記第2端の第2取り外し孔を有している、請求項3に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪の少なくとも一端は曲がりを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、形状が実質的に円形である、請求項1に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、軸体上で使用するための外用止め輪であって、内径を有している、請求項6に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、穴の中で使用するための内用止め輪であって、外径を有している、請求項6に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が約20:1又はそれより小さい、請求項1に記載の止め輪。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が約3:1又はそれより大きい、請求項1に記載の止め輪。
- 構成要素を軸体又は穴に隣接して保持するのに止め輪を利用している組立体において、
軸体上又は穴の中に設置されている、止め輪を受け入れるための溝と、
前記溝内に受け入れられている止め輪であって、軸方向厚さと半径方向幅を有する矩形横断面を含んでおり、前記軸方向厚さは前記半径方向幅より大きい、止め輪と、
前記止め輪と接触していて、前記止め輪によって前記軸体又は前記穴に隣接して保持されている、隣接する構成要素と、を備えている組立体。 - 前記止め輪は、実質的に円形で、或る周囲を有し、前記止め輪の前記周囲の最小約85%が、前記止め輪と前記溝の間に約0.002インチ(0.00508cm)までの最大隔離を有している、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、実質的に円形で、或る周囲を有し、前記止め輪の前記周囲の最大約15%が、前記輪と前記溝の間に約0.004インチ(0.01016cm)までの最大隔離を有することができる、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記隣接する構成要素によって前記止め輪にスラスト荷重が掛かっていて、前記スラスト荷重は、軸方向成分と半径方向成分を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記構成要素は、面取りされた縁を有し、前記止め輪の上にせり出している、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、第1端と、前記第1端から或る距離だけ離隔されている第2端と、を更に備えている、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、前記第1端の第1取り外し孔と、前記第2端の第2取り外し孔を有している、請求項16に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪の少なくとも一端は曲がりを含んでいる、請求項16に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が約20:1又はそれより小さい、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が約3:1又はそれより大きい、請求項12に記載の組立体。
