Claims (13)
- 緑色光源を生成する装置であって、
光ダイオードで構成されたLDポンプ;
前記LDポンプの駆動により、赤外線レーザを発生させる基本波発生部;
前記発生した赤外線レーザを利用して緑色光を生成する2次調和波生成部;
前記基本波発生部と前記2次調和波生成部との間に挿入され、レーザの偏光を維持させる偏光維持部;および
前記緑色光源生成装置の内部温度を調節する温度調節部
を含むことを特徴とする緑色光源生成装置。 - 前記LDポンプと前記基本波発生部が所定間隔を維持するように間に挿入されるメタルスペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記偏光維持部は、緑色光吸収体を挿入させるか、二色鏡または多層薄膜をコーティングして形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記LDポンプはサブマウントタイプであり、前記光ダイオードの発熱温度を測定するサーミスタを前記サブマウントの一側または付近に形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記メタルスペーサは空気間隙を含み、厚さが100μm以内であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記緑色光源生成装置は、
熱伝導性を有するサブマウントをさらに含み、前記サブマウント上に、前記温度調節部、前記LDポンプ、前記基本波発生部、前記偏光維持部、および前記2次調和波生成部が順次配列された垂直型パッケージ構造に形成されるか、
熱伝導性を有するサブマウントをさらに含み、前記サブマウントの一側には、前記温度調節部が形成され、前記サブマウントの他側には、前記LDポンプ、前記基本波発生部、前記偏光維持部、および前記2次調和波生成部が順次配列された水平型パッケージ構造に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。 - 前記2次調和波生成部が生成した緑色光の進行方向に対して水平角または垂直角を除いた所定角を有するように形成されるビームスプリッター、前記2次調和波生成部が生成した緑色光を反射させる一つ以上の反射鏡と前記反射された緑色光が上部方向に屈折するように上向角を有するように形成される上向き鏡、および前記2次調和波生成部が生成した緑色光が外部に排出されるように一端面が三角プリズムと結合し、他端面が上向角を有するように形成される棒状プリズムを含むプリズム結合体のうちのいずれか一つをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記2次調和波生成部の端面に付着され、前記2次調和波生成部が生成する緑色光に含まれた基本波を除去するフィルタ;および
前記ビームスプリッターの一側、前記上向き鏡の後方、および前記プリズム結合体の棒状プリズムの後方のうちのいずれか1ヶ所に位置し、受信した緑色光の出力を測定する光ダイオード
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の緑色光源生成装置。 - 前記温度調節部は熱電冷却素子(TEC)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記温度調節部は少なくとも2つ以上備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1または9に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 前記温度調節部が2つ備えられる場合、一つは前記基本波発生部に付着され、他の一つは前記2次調和波生成部に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の緑色光源生成装置。
- 携帯用電子機器であって、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の緑色光源生成装置を搭載するか、または前記緑色光源生成装置を有するレーザプロジェクションディスプレイを搭載することを特徴とする携帯用電子機器。 - 前記携帯用電子機器は、携帯電話、プロジェクター、ゲーム機、およびレーザポインターのうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の携帯用電子機器。
