Description
R1、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立的に水素原子、ヘテロ原子を含むか、含まない炭素数1から30の1価炭化水素基を表し、R1、R2及びR3のうち少なくとも1つはエポキシ基であることができ、R4は水素原子または炭素数1から6のアルキル基を表す。
R7及びR8はそれぞれ独立的に水素原子または炭素数1から6のアルキル基を表す。
SM−MMA−MAH(スチレン−メチルメタアクリレート−無水マレイン酸)の比が23:70:7重量%で、重量平均分子量が13万であるマトリックス樹脂78重量%、ゴム部分を除いた分子量が13万で、コア(ブタジエンゴム)とシェル(SM−MMA−AN=25:70:5)の比が25:75で、サイズが90nmである衝撃補強剤15重量%及びコアとシェルの比が40:60で、サイズが300nmである衝撃補強剤7重量%で構成された樹脂組成物をドライブレンドした後、同方向の二軸押出機を利用してペレット状態の耐熱性ブレンドを製造した。上記製造されたペレットを乾燥させた後、T−台を含む押出機を利用して80μm厚さの押出フィルムを製造した。上記製造されたフィルムの特性を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
SM−MMA−MAH(スチレン−メチルメタアクリレート−無水マレイン酸)の比が23:70:7重量%で、重量平均分子量が13万であるマトリックス樹脂80重量%、ゴム部分を除いた分子量が13万で、コアとシェルの比が25:75で、サイズが90nmである衝撃補強剤10重量%及びコアとシェルの比が40:60で、サイズが300nmである衝撃補強剤10重量%で構成された樹脂組成物を用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でフィルムの特性を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
SM−MMA−CHMI(スチレン−メチルメタアクリレート−シクロヘキシルマレイミド)の比が23:70:7重量%で、重量平均分子量が13万であるマトリックス樹脂75重量%、ゴム部分を除いた分子量が13万で、コアとシェルの比が25:75で、サイズが90nmである衝撃補強剤15重量%及びコアとシェルの比が40:60で、サイズが300nmである衝撃補強剤10重量%で構成された樹脂組成物を用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でフィルムの特性を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。

SM−MMA−MAH(スチレン−メチルメタアクリレート−無水マレイン酸)の比が23:70:7重量%で、重量平均分子量が13万であるマトリックス樹脂80重量%、ゴム部分を除いた分子量が13万で、コアとシェルの比が25:75で、サイズが170nmである衝撃補強剤10重量%及びコアとシェルの比が40:60で、サイズが220nmである衝撃補強剤10重量%で構成された樹脂組成物を用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でフィルムの特性を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
無延伸TACフィルム(厚さ80μm、富士フィルム)に対し、実施例1と同様の方法で測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
(2)Toughness-80μmフィルムを、手で10回曲げて切れるか否かで測定した。(○:一度も切れない、△:1〜3回、X:4回以上)
(3)Tg(ガラス転位温度)−Perkin Elmer社のPyris 6 DSC(Differential Scanning Calroimeter)を用いて測定した。
(4)表面粗さ(nm)−フィルムの表面をAFM機器で測定した。
Claims (21)
- アクリル系樹脂及び前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも2種を20から65重量部含み、前記グラフト共重合体の少なくとも2種は粒径が異なることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 前記共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも1種は粒径が100nm以下で、前記共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも1種は粒径が300nm以上である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 外部粗さ(roughness)が50nm以下である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- ガラス転移温度は110〜130℃で、熱変形温度(Vicat)は110〜140℃で、MI(220℃、10kg)は2〜8で、熱膨脹係数CTE(ppm/K、40〜90℃)が50〜120で、ヘイズは0.5〜3%で、透過度は88〜93%である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 面方向の位相差及び厚さ方向の位相差値が0から10nmである、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂はアクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及びアクリロニトリル系単量体の共重合体;アクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体;及びアクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体、アクリロニトリル系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体のうち選択される1以上を含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記アクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及びアクリロニトリル系単量体の共重合体;アクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体;及びアクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体、アクリロニトリル系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体から選択される共重合体が追加の共単量体として(メタ)アクリル酸及びイミド系単量体のうち1種以上の単量体を含む共重合体である、請求項6に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記共役ジエン系ゴムはエチレン−プロピレンジエン系ゴム及びブタジエン系ゴムのうち選択される1以上を含む、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記グラフト共重合体は共役ジエン系ゴムとアクリル系樹脂のグラフト共重合体である、請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記グラフト共重合体のうち共役ジエン系ゴムとアクリル系樹脂の重量比は10〜50:90〜50である、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記グラフト共重合体は共役ジエン系ゴムがコア(core)を成し、前記アクリル系樹脂がシェル(shell)を成すコア−シェル構造である、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記グラフト共重合体のうち共役ジエン系ゴムとアクリル系樹脂の重量比は10〜50:90〜50である、請求項11に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記グラフト共重合体のうちアクリル系樹脂はアクリル系単量体のホモまたは共重合体;アクリル系単量体と芳香族ビニール系単量体の共重合体;アクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及びアクリロニトリル系単量体の共重合体;アクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体;またはアクリル系単量体、芳香族ビニール系単量体、アクリロニトリル系単量体及び酸無水物の共重合体のうち選択される1以上を含む、請求項9に記載の光学フィルム。
- a)アクリル系樹脂及び前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して共役ジエン系ゴム成分を含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも2種を20重量部から65重量部含み、前記グラフト共重合体の少なくとも2種は粒径が異なる樹脂組成物を用意する段階と、
b)前記樹脂組成物を用いてフィルムを形成する段階を含む光学フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも2種は粒径が異なる、請求項14に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも1種は粒径が100nm以下で、前記共役ジエン系ゴムを含むグラフト共重合体の少なくとも1種は粒径が300nm以上である、請求項15に記載の光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項の光学フィルムを延伸した位相差フィルム。
- 面方向の位相差及び厚さ方向の位相差値が80〜200nmである、請求項17に記載の位相差フィルム。
- 偏光子及び前記偏光子の少なくとも一面に備えられた保護フィルムを含む偏光板であって、前記保護フィルムのうち少なくとも1つが請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項の光学フィルムである偏光板。
- 請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項の光学フィルムを含む電子装置。
- 請求項17の位相差フィルムを含む電子装置。
