Claims (12)
- 光学的検出方法において、
少なくとも1つの関節を有する体部分が、光で照射され、
前記体部分による前記光の局所的減衰が、前記少なくとも1つの関節の位置及び前記体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部分の位置における減衰測定として検出され、
前記体部分への及び/又はからの血流が、一時的に少なくとも部分的にブロックされ、この後に再び可能にされ、
前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部分に対する別個の局所的減衰測定が、前記血流のブロッキングの前、間、及び後の時間のうち少なくとも2つに対して実行される、
光学的検出方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の前記少なくとも1つの他の部分に対する前記別個の局所的減衰測定が、前記血流のブロッキングの前、間、及び後に実行される、請求項1に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記体部分の前記少なくとも1つの他の部分が、他の関節である、請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の前記少なくとも1つの他の部分に対して、連続的な別個の局所的減衰測定が、前記血流のブロッキングの前、前記血流のブロッキングの間、及び前記血流のブロッキングの後に実行される、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 実質的に同時に取得された前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の前記少なくとも1つの他の部分に対する別個の局所的減衰測定の結果が、互いに比較される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記血流が、圧力の印加によりブロックされる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 前記別個の局所的減衰測定の取得中に、前記体部分が、光学的に整合する媒体に浸される、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の光学的検出方法。
- 関節の状態を光学的に検出する装置において、
少なくとも1つの関節を有する体部分を光で照射し、前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部分における前記光の減衰を局所的に検出する測定ユニットと、
前記体部分への及び/又はからの血流をブロックする血流ブロッキングユニットと、
制御ユニットであって、
前記体部分への及び/又はからの血流が、一時的に少なくとも部分的にブロックされ、この後に再び可能にされ、
前記少なくとも1つの関節及び前記体部分の少なくとも1つの他の部分に対する別個の局所的減衰測定が、前記血流のブロッキングの前、間及び後のうち少なくとも2つに対して実行される、
ように前記装置を制御する当該制御ユニットと、
を有する装置。 - 前記血流ブロッキングユニットが、圧力の印加により前記血流をブロックする、請求項8に記載の関節の状態を光学的に検出する装置。
- 前記測定ユニットが、少なくとも2つの別個の波長の光を放出することができる光源ユニットを有する、請求項8及び9のいずれか一項に記載の関節の状態を光学的に検出する装置。
- 前記光源ユニットが、少なくとも2つのレーザを有する、請求項10に記載の関節の状態を光学的に検出する装置。
- 前記装置が、医療用光学的検出装置である、請求項8ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
