Claims (26)
- 原料を溶媒と混合して溶液とし、その溶液から溶媒の一部を除去した後に成形装置へ送って成形物を製造する方法であって、
成形物の製造に先立って前記溶液が希釈されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記溶媒として第三アミンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒としてアミノオキシド一水和物を用いることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記原料は、セルロース、たんぱく質、ポリラクチド及び澱粉のいずれかであるか又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記原料は、1〜80%の水分を含み前記溶媒に溶解されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 紡糸液としての前記溶液は、アミノオキシド一水和物中に12〜28%の原料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 紡糸液としての前記溶液は、紡糸前にアミノオキシド一水和物により希釈されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、ポンプ(6)により圧送され、第二のポンプ(8)によりアミノオキシド一水和物が圧送中の溶液に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アミノオキシド一水和物中の原料が4〜14%の低濃度で溶解した溶液が得られるように前記2つのポンプ(6、8)が共動して操作されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 希釈された溶液が、下流の配管に直結するか分離して組み込まれてバッファータンクとしても供されるミキサー(7)内において処理されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液はミキサー(7)により均質化された後に、1〜500μmのメッシュ巾を有するフィルター(10)に圧送され再度均質化されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- ミキサー(7)処理前後において、溶液並びにアミノオキシド一水和物中の屈折率及び温度が制御されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記屈折率は1.48と1.49の間に保持されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液、少なくともアミノオキシド一水和物又は希釈された溶液を含む配管、ポンプ及びミキサーの部分は80℃〜120℃に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液、すくなくともアミノオキシド一水和物又は希釈された溶液を含む設備の部分は圧力センサ及び温度センサにより監視され且つ/又は許容限度以上の過剰圧力が大気放出板により防止されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液は、バッファータンク(5)に貯蔵されるか又は、ポンプ(6)により直接にミキサーへ送られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 希釈された溶液はバッファータンク(11)に貯蔵されるか又は、直接に成形装置(12)に送られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッファータンク(11)内の溶液が加熱されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 希釈された溶液は、バッファータンク(5、11)に上方、側方又は下方から気泡が発生しないように送入され、下方から気泡が発生しないように送出されることを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッファータンク(5、11)内の充填状況がレーダ探査により測定されることを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッファータンク(5、11)内の液面が与圧されることを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記与圧は窒素ガスによって行われることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記窒素ガスに少し湿気を含ませることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項23に記載のいずれかの方法を実行する装置であって、
混練反応器(2)と溶液の成形装置(12)の間に、前記溶液の粘度を低下させるミキサー(7)が挿入されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 混練反応器(2)とミキサー(7)の間及び/又はミキサー(7)と成形装置(12)との間にバッファータンク(5、11)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- ミキサー(7)の下流にフィルター(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項24又は請求項25に記載の装置。
