Claims (8)
- 前記エンジンの第1側面に接続されるランナーと排気筒との間に形成される回収タンクを有し、前記ランナーから導入される排気熱で加熱される主加熱部と;燃料を前記エンジンに供給するように、燃料タンクから延出し、前記回収タンクの周りに巻装されて前記回収タンクからの熱伝道のために前記燃料供給管を通過する燃料を加熱する燃料供給管と、からなることを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの燃料加熱装置。
- 加熱溝が前記回収タンクの外面に形成されて前記回収タンクと前記燃料供給管間の接触面積を最大化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記加熱溝が前記排気筒に隣接した前記回収タンクの第1端部から前記エンジンに隣接した前記回収タンクの第2端部にかけて螺旋形状に形成され、前記燃料供給管が前記螺旋状加熱溝に沿って螺旋状をなして巻装されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記主加熱部が第1熱伝導ブロック及び第2熱伝導ブロックをさらに含み、当該第1及び第2伝導ブロックが、前記回収タンクの上部と、前記上部に隣接した前記回収タンクの側面と、前記回収タンクの下部と、前記下部に隣接した前記回収タンクの側面と、に固着して、前記回収タンク高温度の熱を前記加熱溝から露出する前記燃料供給管にガイドすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記第1熱伝導ブロックがボルトとナットで前記第2熱伝導ブロックに結合され、前記加熱溝から露出する前記燃料供給管がその中に挿入される第1熱伝導溝及び第2熱伝導溝とともにその中に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記主加熱部が、ボルトとナットで互いに接続される第1断熱カバー及び第2断熱カバーを含み、当該第1及び第2断熱カバーは、前記回収タンクと、前記回収タンクの周りに巻装される前記燃料供給管と、前記第1熱伝導ブロック及び前記第2熱伝導ブロックと、を外部の寒冷環境から保護すると同時に、前記回収タンクと、前記回収タンクの周りに巻装される前記燃料供給管と、前記第1熱伝導ブロック及び前記第2熱伝導ブロックと、をその中に規定することを特徴とし、ロックウールを含む断熱部材が前記第1熱伝導ブロックと前記第1断熱カバー間、及び前記第2熱伝導ブロックと前記第2断熱カバー間に充填されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記燃料加熱装置が前記排気筒に形成される予熱部をさらに含み、前記予熱部が前記排気筒に沿って形成され、前記燃料供給管がその中に挿入される予熱溝を有するので、前記燃料供給管を通過する燃料は予加熱されてから前記主加熱部に導入されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料加熱装置。
- 前記予熱溝が前記排気筒に沿って螺旋形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料加熱装置。
