Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 主成分としてH2SおよびCO2を含む気体状混合物を分離するための方法であって、気体状混合物は第1の装置において、弱いルイス酸を含む溶剤と接触し、H2Sが溶剤に吸収され、残りのCO2は引き離され、少なくとも部分的に飽和状態の溶剤は、少なくとも1つの第2の装置において、後で再生成され、第2の装置において解放されたH2Sが引き離される、方法。
- 弱いルイス酸は銅塩化アルミニウム(Cu[AlCl4])を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶剤はモノクロロビフェニル(MCB)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 吸収プロセスの際に第1の装置で出された熱は、媒体によって第2の装置の方に導かれる、請求項1、2または3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 媒体は凝縮可能有機蒸気を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体は第2の装置の方に導かれる前に圧縮される、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 媒体は第1の装置を冷却するために、第2の装置から第1の装置に再循環され、媒体は再循環の際に冷却される、請求項4、5または6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に飽和状態の溶剤を再生成するプロセスは、第1の装置から引き離されたCO2の少なくとも一部を導入することにより、溶剤を剥離することを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1の装置から引き離されたCO2であって、溶剤の剥離のために用いられるCO2は、再生成プロセスで導入される前に加熱される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の装置から引き離されたCO2の加熱は、再生成された溶剤と前記CO2との間の熱交換を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に飽和状態の溶剤は、第2の装置において自己が再生成される前に、再生成された溶剤によって加熱される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法で用いるための装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従い、主成分としてH2SおよびCO2を含む気体状混合物を分離するために、銅塩化アルミニウム(Cu[AlCl4])およびモノクロロビフェニル(MCB)を含む溶剤の使用。
