Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 携帯型メディア再生装置であって、
ユーザの耳に配置するよう構成されたイヤピースに取り付けられた電子音響トランスデューサと、
前記トランスデューサに結合した、前記トランスデューサからの信号の受信に応じて出力信号を生成する受信回路と、
メディアリーダと、
前記トランスデューサと受信回路とメディアリーダとに結合したコントローラであって、前記メディアリーダからデータを受け取り、前記データによりオーディオ信号を生成し、前記オーディオ信号を前記トランスデューサに結合するようプログラムされ、さらに、前記受信回路から前記出力信号を受け取り、それを処理して前記ユーザの拍動血流を決定するようにプログラムされたコントローラとを有する、携帯型メディア再生装置。 - 前記メディアリーダはメモリアクセス装置である、請求項1に記載の携帯型メディア再生装置。
- 前記受信回路は前記トランスデューサにより生成された信号をフィルタするように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の携帯型メディア再生装置。
- 前記受信回路はローパスフィルタを含む、請求項1に記載の携帯型メディア再生装置。
- 前記受信回路は30Hzより低い信号を通過させるローパスフィルタを含む、請求項4に記載の携帯型メディア再生装置。
- 前記トランスデューサは、第1のイヤホンを有し、前記受信回路に結合した第2のイヤホンをさらに有し、前記受信回路は前記第1と第2のイヤホンからの信号を用いてコモンモードノイズ除去を行うよう動作可能である、請求項1に記載の携帯型メディア再生装置。
- 自動体外除細動器(AED)であって、
被術者にコンタクトするように構成された一組の電極と、
前記電極に結合した、ECG信号を分析するように動作するECGプロセッサと、
エネルギー源と、
前記エネルギー源に結合した高電圧回路と、
前記ECGプロセッサと高電圧回路と電極とに結合したショック生成回路と、
前記被術者の耳の音響信号を検出するように構成されたイヤホンと、
前記イヤホンに結合し、前記イヤホンが受信した信号から拍動血流の存否を検知するよう動作するイヤホン信号プロセッサとを有する、自動体外除細動器。 - 前記信号プロセッサは前記ショック生成回路に結合し、
前記ショック生成回路は、前記ECGプロセッサとイヤホン信号プロセッサとからの入力に基づきショックを与える決定をする、
請求項7に記載の自動体外除細動器。 - 前記イヤホン信号プロセッサは、前記イヤホンが生成した信号に応じて信号調整回路をさらに有する、請求項8に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 前記ショック回路は、拍動ECG信号がなく、前記イヤホンによる検知により拍動血流がないときショックを与える決定をする、請求項8に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 前記ショック回路は、前記イヤホンによる検知により拍動血流があるとき、ショックを与える決定をしない、請求項8に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 拍動のない電気的活動が、前記ECGプロセッサによるECG信号の検出と、前記イヤホンによる検知される拍動血流がないことにより示される、請求項8に記載の自動体外除細動器。
- 人の拍動血流の検出方法であって、
その人の耳にイヤホンを挿入する段階と、
メディア源から第1のメディアファイルを読み出す段階と、
前記第1のメディアファイルを第1の電気信号に変換する段階と、
前記第1の電気信号を前記イヤホンに結合する段階と、
前記第1の電気信号を前記イヤホンに結合した後、前記イヤホンから信号を受信する段階と、
前記受信信号を処理してその人の拍動血流に対応するデータを抽出する段階と、
前記抽出データを出力する段階と、
前記受信信号を処理した後、前記メディア源から第2のメディアファイルを読み出す段階と、
前記第2のメディアファイルを第2の電気信号に変換する段階と、
前記第2の電気信号を前記イヤホンに結合する段階と、を有する方法。 - 前記メディア源はデジタルメモリ装置である、請求項13に記載の方法。
