Claims (7)
- ゲート(1)を制御する方法であって、前記ゲート(1)は、少なくとも一つの直すぐなガイド手段(5,6)においてモータ式駆動装置(7)により長方形のゲート開口部(4)を横切って開位置から閉位置に移動されるようになっており、前記ゲートが前記閉位置に下降中に侵入物(8)が前記ゲート開口部に侵入することが検出されると、検出器のビームが遮断され、そして前記モータ式駆動装置(7)が停止及び/又は反転される方法において、
前記閉位置において、前記ゲート先端部(9)の近傍に位置している前記長方形のゲート開口部の長方形の隅の近くにおいて、距離スキャン検出器(12)により距離測定検出器のビームがゲートの移動する面内で90°の角度の範囲を横切ってスキャンしており、このスキャンの間に検出された前記距離測定検出器の距離測定値又は前記ゲートの寸法に三角法で変換された距離の基準値は、それぞれの距離測定限界値又は距離測定限界標準値と比較されていて、前記距離測定限界値は記憶装置に保存され、そして距離測定検出器のビームがゲート先端部(9)及び前記ゲートの移動方向に平行な長方形のゲート開口部(4)の境界に当たる場合に対応しているものであり、前記距離測定限界標準値は三角法で前記ゲートの寸法に変換されたものであることと、
距離測定値がこれらの値より小さい場合、警報信号が前記モータ式駆動装置の停止及び/又は反転をトリガすることと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記ゲート先端部(9)に当った場合に収集された距離測定値対して保存される前記距離測定限界値は前記ゲートの移動速度に依存する変調を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記距離測定検出器のビームが90°のスキャン範囲を横切る一回のスキャン操作中に、前記ゲートの移動速度に応じて、前記ゲート先端部(9)に関する前記距離測定値に対して保存された前記距離測定限界値の評価が行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記距離測定限界値は、前記ゲート(1)の初期の閉動作時に収集され、そして前記ゲートの速度に依存してアドレスを指定して記憶装置に保存されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記距離測定限界値の変調のために、速度の測定が、同一のスキャンインターバルにおいて前記距離測定検出器のビームを小さなスキャン範囲でスキャンするか、又はスキャンインターバルからスキャンインターバルへと前記距離測定検出器のビームを、前記ゲート先端部(9)に当てることにより行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記距離スキャン検出器(12)は、前記ゲートの閉位置において前記ゲート先端部の近くに位置する前記長方形のゲート開口部の隅に、レーザのレーダ検出器と相互作用する回転式鏡面(15)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 波形形状又は鋸菌形状を備えた反射用帯板(24)が前記ゲート先端部に取り付けられていて、前記距離測定検出器のビームが前記ゲート先端部の垂直線に対して大きな角度である場合においてさえも、十分に反射されるようになっている、を特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
