Abstract
Description
・HAPまたはTCPとの混合/組合せ(=混合物)、
・例えば、細孔中の包含/取込み、
・例えば、液体の凍結乾燥およびその材料中の沈殿による取込み、
・例えば、粒子または成形体がBMP溶液中に浸され、その溶液を除去するための乾燥ステップに直ちにかけられる場合に与えられる金属またはセラミックのコーティング[そのBMP−2は、表面の層として乾燥される(=吸着ではなく接着)]。
さまざまなヒドロキシルアパタイトに対するBMP−2の結合の調査(表1)において、BMP類、特にBMP−2は、大きな量での広い範囲にわたってリン酸カルシウムに直線的に結合し得ることが本発明者らによって見出された。
Claims (12)
- 成長因子を充填した粒子状無機材料を作製する方法であって、セラミック材料から選択される前記粒子状材料を、pHが4と5の間の範囲の酸性範囲またはpHが9と11の間の弱アルカリ性範囲のいずれかの水性緩衝液中で成長因子により少なくとも30分間にわたって処理する方法。
- 前記水性緩衝液が、4.3〜4.7、特に4.5のpH値を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水性緩衝液が、9.5〜10.5、特に10のpH値を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状材料が、10〜500μmの範囲の粒径および相互接続細孔構造を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状材料が、ヒドロキシルアパタイト、トリカルシウムホスフェート、炭酸カルシウム、酸化アルミニウムまたはそれらの混合物からなる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 化学的に活性化された表面を有する粒子状材料を使用する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記化学的に活性化された表面を有する粒子状材料が、該粒子状材料を好ましくはシランの群からの活性化剤で処理することによって得られる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状無機材料を、充填ステップの後水性緩衝液から分離し、次に少なくとも同じ量の骨成長因子を含まない緩衝液により少なくとも1回洗浄し、好ましくは乾燥する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 該乾燥ステップが、凍結乾燥を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- BMP−2またはBMP−7が、成長因子として使用される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法によって得ることができる粒子状材料。
- 作製するための、請求項11に記載の粒子状材料の使用。
