Abstract
【解決手段】 誘導部材を形成するための部品は、コアを有するコイル体と、コアのそれぞれの軸方向端部に形成された半径方向に突出する2つのフランジとを含み、それらのフランジについて、一方のフランジは、プリント基板に固定するために形成されており、他方のフランジよりも大きい。コイル体の外面は、2つのフランジのより大きい方に載置するシールドリングによって囲まれている。このため、正面下縁のシールドリングは、内側に向いた段部を有し、その段部の脚部は、フランジの内面に支持するための支持面を形成する。他方の脚部は、フランジの外縁に当接するための当接面を形成する。段部は好ましくはシールドリングの全周の周りに延びる。これによって、上部フランジとシールドリングの内面との間に形成された空隙の体積および位置が規定される。

Claims (6)
- 誘導部材であって、
コイル体(4、24)が、コイルを保持するためのコイルコア(5、25)と、コイルコア(5、25)にわたって半径方向に突出する少なくとも1つのフランジ(1、7)とを備え、
シールドリング(3)が、少なくとも1つの位置で、コイルコア(5、25)と共に空隙(11、21)を形成し、かつ、コイルコア(5、25)をある間隔で囲み、
空隙(11、21)の正確な体積を保証するための位置決め手段が、フランジ(1)とシールドリング(3)との間で作用する、誘導部材。 - フランジ(1)に対向する、シールドリング(3)の縁部(13)に、シールドリング(3)が内側肩部(14)を備え、その内側肩部(14)の一方の脚部(15)が、フランジ(1)に支持されるための当接面を形成し、内側肩部(14)の他方の脚部(16)が、フランジ(1)の縁部(17)に配置されるための当接面を形成する、請求項1に記載の誘導部材。
- コイル体(4)が、コイルコア(5)から間隔をおいて配置された2つのフランジ(1、7)を備え、空隙(11)が一方のフランジ(7)の縁部とシールドリング(3)の内面(10)との間に形成されている、請求項1に記載の誘導部材。
- フランジ(7)の外郭(17)およびシールドリング(3)の内郭が円形ではない、請求項1に記載の誘導部材。
- 2つのフランジ(1、7)において、位置決め手段が、シールドリング(3)と、プリント基板に関連して装着のために使用されるフランジ(1)との間に設けられている、請求項3または4に記載の誘導部材。
- フランジ(1、7)がプレートとして形成されている請求項1に記載の誘導部材。
