Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary toilet seat device which is installed in general various toilet seats and can be used by people with knee and hip problems so that they can stand and sit comfortably and easily.SOLUTION: A toilet seat (2) installed on the top of a common toilet (1) is attached to a toilet seat fixed arm (3) and a gas spring is provided between the toilet seat fixed arm (3) and a fixed frame (10). Moreover, an armrest (8) is connected with the toilet seat fixed arm (3) and an armrest arm (9) on a fulcrum of the fixed frame (10) near the center of the toilet seat fixed arm (3) and structures a lever. Thus, a user can lower slowly in the condition without back-straining and rest on the toilet while sitting on the toilet, he/she can raise his/her weight by a net reaction force against lowering of the armrest arm by repulsion force of the gas spring and putting the weight on the armrest (8) while standing up, and the auxiliary toilet seat makes less knee and hip problems.

Description

  The present invention relates to a toilet seat elevator having auxiliary power with an origin position at the top dead center and a bottom dead center on the toilet.

  Conventional toilet seats are not easy for people whose legs are weakened when the lower back is nearly 90 degrees and the leg strength is weak. Recently, toilet seats for people with disabilities have been put into practical use, but the equipment is expensive and the mechanism is complicated, which makes it difficult to use for elderly and disabled people.

  A gas spring (11) is attached between the fixed frame (10) and the lifting arm (5).

  The toilet seat of this proposal is made using wood, metal plate, metal tube, resin plate, resin tube, and uses the characteristics of the gas spring to stand and sit slowly without placing a burden on the knee and hip joint. This is an auxiliary toilet seat mechanism that can be easily attached (squat).   The toilet seat of this proposal is a toilet seat elevator having an inclination adjustment mechanism that can adjust an arbitrary posture using a height adjustment plate and an inclination arm.   The toilet seat of this proposal is an auxiliary toilet seat mechanism using the principle of a lever that holds an armrest and lifts the body by pushing it down when standing up.
