Abstract
【解決手段】制御回路は、入力電圧を受け取るための入力端子と、入力端子からの電気エネルギーを蓄積しそして電気的負荷へ電力を供給するためのエネルギー蓄積器と、そのエネルギー蓄積器の出力端子の電圧が所定のスレッシュホールド値を越えるときに入力端子の電圧を下げるための過電圧保護ユニットとを有する。モータ装置は、この制御回路を負荷としての電気モータに結合させる。

Claims (12)
- 入力電圧を受け取るための入力端子と、
入力端子からの電気エネルギーを蓄積しそして電気的負荷へ電力を供給するためのエネルギー蓄積器と、
前記エネルギー蓄積器の出力端子の電圧が所定のスレッシュホールド値を越えるときに前記入力端子の電圧を下げるための過電圧保護ユニットと、
を備えた制御回路。 - 前記入力端子とエネルギー蓄積器との間に第1のスイッチングユニットが配置され、該ユニットは、前記エネルギー蓄積器の出力端子の電圧がスレッシュホールド値より低いときには導通して前記入力端子を前記エネルギー蓄積器へ電気的に接続し、且つ前記エネルギー蓄積器の出力端子の電圧がスレッシュホールド値を越えるときには非導通となって前記入力端子を前記エネルギー蓄積器から電気的に切断するように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御回路。
- 前記第1のスイッチングユニットは、ダイオードであって、そのアノードは、前記入力端子に電気的に接続される、請求項2に記載の制御回路。
- 前記過電圧保護ユニットは、
前記エネルギー蓄積器の出力端子の電圧を検出し、その検出された電圧がスレッシュホールド値を越えるかどうか指示する検出信号を発生するよう構成された検出ユニットと、
前記入力端子とスレッシュホールド値未満の電圧との間に電気的に接続され、前記検出された電圧がスレッシュホールド値を越えることを検出信号が指示するときには導通し、且つ前記検出された電圧がスレッシュホールド値未満であることを検出信号が指示するときには非導通となるように構成された第2のスイッチングユニットと、
を備えた請求項1、2又は3に記載の制御回路。 - 前記第2のスイッチングユニットは、前記入力端子と接地電圧との間に電気的に接続される、請求項4に記載の制御回路。
- 前記所定のスレッシュホールド値は、前記入力端子の公称電圧に本質的に等しい、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の制御回路。
- AC電圧を、前記入力端子へ供給されるDC電圧へ変換するためのコンバータを更に備えた、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の制御回路。
- 高いAC電圧を、前記コンバータにより変換される低いAC電圧へ減少するための電圧減少ユニットを更に備えた、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の制御回路。
- 前記電圧減少ユニットは、調整可能なキャパシタンスをもつ調整可能なキャパシタユニットを含む、請求項8に記載の制御回路。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積器は、キャパシタを含む、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の制御回路。
- モータを備えると共に、モータへ電力を供給するための請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の制御回路を合体したモータ装置。
- 前記モータは、ブラシレス直流モータである、請求項11に記載のモータ装置。
