Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮機14から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、キャピラリチューブ18で減圧し、蒸発器13にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮する冷凍装置R1において、蒸発器13から圧縮機14に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管32内に、キャピラリチューブ18を挿通して二重管構造とした。更に、キャピラリチューブ18が挿通されて二重管構造とされた吸込配管32(配管32A)を断熱材35にて囲繞した。

Claims (7)
- 圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、キャピラリチューブで減圧し、蒸発器にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮する冷凍装置において、
前記蒸発器から前記圧縮機に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管内に、前記キャピラリチューブを挿通して二重管構造としたことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - それぞれ圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、キャピラリチューブで減圧し、蒸発器にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮する独立した冷媒閉回路を構成する高温側冷媒回路と低温側冷媒回路とを備え、前記高温側冷媒回路の蒸発器と前記低温側冷媒回路の凝縮器とでカスケード熱交換器が構成され、前記低温側冷媒回路の蒸発器にて最終的な冷却作用を発揮する冷凍装置において、
前記低温側冷媒回路の蒸発器から圧縮機に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管内に、前記低温側冷媒回路のキャピラリチューブを挿通して二重管構造としたことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 圧縮機、凝縮器、蒸発器、該蒸発器からの帰還冷媒が流通するように接続された単一若しくは複数の中間熱交換器、及び、複数のキャピラリチューブを備え、複数種の非共沸混合冷媒が封入され、前記凝縮器を経た冷媒中の凝縮冷媒を前記キャピラリチューブを介して前記中間熱交換器に合流させ、該中間熱交換器で前記冷媒中の未凝縮冷媒を冷却することにより、より低い沸点の冷媒を凝縮させ、最終段の前記キャピラリチューブを介して最低沸点の冷媒を前記蒸発器にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮する冷凍装置において、
前記蒸発器から前記圧縮機に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管内に、前記最終段のキャピラリチューブを挿通して二重管構造としたことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - それぞれ圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、キャピラリチューブで減圧し、蒸発器にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮する独立した冷媒閉回路を構成する高温側冷媒回路と低温側冷媒回路とを備え、該低温側冷媒回路は、前記圧縮機、凝縮器、前記蒸発器、該蒸発器からの帰還冷媒が流通するように接続された単一若しくは複数の中間熱交換器、及び、複数のキャピラリチューブを有し、複数種の非共沸混合冷媒が封入され、前記凝縮器を経た冷媒中の凝縮冷媒を前記キャピラリチューブを介して前記中間熱交換器に合流させ、該中間熱交換器で前記冷媒中の未凝縮冷媒を冷却することにより、より低い沸点の冷媒を凝縮させ、最終段の前記キャピラリチューブを介して最低沸点の冷媒を前記蒸発器にて蒸発させて冷却作用を発揮すると共に、前記高温側冷媒回路の蒸発器と前記低温側冷媒回路の凝縮器とでカスケード熱交換器が構成され、前記低温側冷媒回路の蒸発器にて最終的な冷却作用を発揮する冷凍装置において、
前記低温側冷媒回路の蒸発器から圧縮機に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管内に、前記低温側冷媒回路の最終段のキャピラリチューブを挿通して二重管構造としたことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 前記高温側冷媒回路の蒸発器から圧縮機に帰還する冷媒が通過する吸込配管内に、前記高温側冷媒回路のキャピラリーチューブを挿通して二重管構造としたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項4に記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記キャピラリチューブが挿通されて二重管構造とされた吸込配管を、断熱材にて囲繞したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れかに記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記キャピラリチューブ内の冷媒の流れと、当該キャピラリチューブの外側の前記吸込配管内を通過する冷媒の流れを対向流としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のうちの何れかに記載の冷凍装置。
