Abstract
【解決手段】CAN通信エラー時点の電力変換装置の温度を電力変換装置の現在温度と推定して、この推定温度に合う風量にて冷却装置を制御する段階と、前記電力変換装置が過温度保護ロジックが実行される基準値である最小動作出力値より大きい出力を出す場合、電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していないと判断して、冷却装置の風量段数を1段階下に制御する段階と、前記電力変換装置が過温度ロジックが実行される基準値である最小動作出力値より小さい出力を出す場合、電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していると判断して、冷却ファンの風量段数を1段階上に制御する段階とを含むことを特徴とする。

好ましい別の具現例として、前記電力変換装置の温度が正常運用温度に復帰して過温度保護ロジックが解除されると、冷却装置の風量段数下げる制御が行われることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- CAN通信エラー時点の電力変換装置の温度を電力変換装置の現在温度と推定して、この推定温度に合う風量にて冷却装置を制御する段階と、
前記電力変換装置が過温度保護ロジックが実行される基準値である最小動作出力値より大きい出力を出す場合、電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していないと判断して、冷却装置の風量段数を1段階下に制御する段階と、
前記電力変換装置が過温度ロジックが実行される基準値である最小動作出力値より小さい出力を出す場合、電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していると判断して、冷却ファンの風量段数を1段階上に制御する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。 - 前記過温度保護ロジックは、
電力変換装置の内部温度センサーで過温度を感知する過程と、
感知温度が過温度である場合、電力変換装置の出力を基準値である最小動作出力値以下に制限して電力変換装置の温度が下降するようにする過程と、
にて進められることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。 - 前記電力変換装置の温度が正常運用温度に復帰して過温度保護ロジックが解除されると、冷却装置の風量段数を下げる制御が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。
