Abstract
【解決手段】アクチュエータ50と連動するクラッチ機構60で内側ロータ20と動力軸との連結および切り離しを行い回転角度を制御する。上記機構によって、低速回転時には内側ロータと前記外側ロータの対向する磁極を同一極性の状態にすることにより、巻線に鎖交する磁束が増加し、大トルクが発生するため、低速大トルク運転に対応できる。また、高速回転時には、内側ロータと外側ロータの対向する磁極を異なる極性の状態に切り替えることにより、漏れ磁束が多くなり、巻線に鎖交する磁束が少なくなるため、誘起電圧が小さくなり、高速回転範囲が拡大する。

Claims (3)
- 環状のヨークと複数のティースとを含むステータコアに巻線を巻回したステータと、このステータの内周側に回転軸を中心として回転自在に配置した内側ロータと、このステータの外周側に回転軸を中心として回転自在に配置した外側ロータとを備えるデュアルロータモータであって、低速回転時、前記内側ロータと前記外側ロータの対向する磁極が同一極性の状態と、高速回転時、前記内側ロータと前記外側ロータの対向する磁極が異なる極性の状態とを切り替える手段を有することを特徴とするモータ。
- 前記両ロータが同一出力軸に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ。
- 前記対向する磁極の中心間の角度が自由に調整できることを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のモータ。
