Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat cable device for moving a second member relative to a first member of a vehicle seat.

The vehicle seat conventionally has, for example, a seat cushion that is rotatably attached to the vehicle body and a leg member that is rotatably attached to the seat cushion. The cable device includes a cable, and one end of the cable is attached to the vehicle main body, an intermediate part is slidably hung on a guide member provided on the seat cushion, and the other end is attached to the leg member. Therefore, by rotating the seat cushion from the use position to the retracted position with respect to the vehicle body, the cable pulls the leg member and rotates from the use position where the leg member stands up to the seat cushion to the retracted position along the lower surface of the seat cushion. To do.

However, there are cases where it is desired to provide the cable with a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion having different diameters. For example, there is a case where a part of the cable is desired to be a large diameter part having a large diameter for legal reasons or a part of the cable is desired to be a small diameter part having a small diameter due to a narrow space. However, a guide member capable of suitably slidably installing boundary portions having different diameters has not been known. Therefore, there has been a need for a cable device that includes a guide member that can be slidably installed at a boundary portion between a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion of a cable.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a vehicle seat cable device having a configuration as described in each claim. According to one aspect, the present invention provides a vehicle seat cable device for moving a second member relative to a first member of a vehicle seat, the cable extending from the second member, and the first member And a guide member on which the cable is slidably hung. The cable has a small-diameter portion extending from the second member side and a large-diameter portion extending from the small-diameter portion and having a larger diameter than the small-diameter portion. The guide member has a small guide portion on which the small diameter portion is slidably hung and has a width smaller than the thickness of the large diameter portion, and a width that is arranged in series with the small guide portion and on which the large diameter portion is slidably hung. It has a large guide part.

Accordingly, the cable has a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion. Therefore, the cable may have a small-diameter portion in a narrow space or a large-diameter portion in a place where the diameter is preferably equal to or greater than a predetermined value. The guide member has a small guide portion and a large guide portion. Therefore, the guide member can hold a cable suitably. For example, the small guide portion holds the small diameter portion, and at the same time, the large guide portion holds the large diameter portion. As a result, the cable can be prevented from shaking in the radial direction by the small guide portion and the large guide portion of the guide member. When the cable is pulled, the large diameter portion is pulled out from the large guide portion, and the small diameter portion is positioned between the small guide portion and the large guide portion. At this time, the cable can be suppressed from shaking the small diameter portion in the radial direction by the small guide portion. Therefore, for example, the cable has a diameter relative to the guide member as compared with a structure in which the guide member has only the large guide portion, the small diameter portion is hooked only on the large guide portion, and the small diameter portion is swayed radially with respect to the large guide portion. Shaking in the direction can be suppressed.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, a vehicle seat 10 is a seat that is mounted on a floor surface of a vehicle such as an automobile, and includes a seat cushion 11 and a seat back 13. The seat back 13 is attached to the rear portion of the seat cushion 11 by a reclining device 18 so that the angle can be adjusted. A headrest 14 is attached to the upper part of the seat back 13 so that the position can be adjusted in the vertical direction. An armrest 15 is attached to one side of the seat back 13 so as to be tiltable.

1 and 2, the seat cushion 11 includes a pad 11a, a skin 11b that covers the surface of the pad 11a, and a cover 11c that covers the lower surface of the pad 11a. A leg member 12 is attached to one end of the seat cushion 11, and an arm 16 is attached to the other end of the seat cushion 11. The upper end of the leg member 12 is rotatably attached to the seat cushion 11 by a pin 12a. The arm 16 extends upward from the seat cushion 11, and an upper end portion thereof is rotatably attached to the vehicle main body by a pin 16 a and a bracket 22.

The vehicle body has a floor 20 and side walls 21 as shown in FIGS. An anchor 23 is attached to the floor surface 20, and a bracket 22 is attached to the side wall 21. A lock device 17 attached to the end of the leg member 12 is releasably locked to the anchor 23.

The seat 10 is provided with a cable device 1 for moving the leg member 12 with respect to the seat cushion 11 as shown in FIGS. The cable device 1 includes a cable 2 and guide members 3 and 4. The cable 2 has a cable body 2c formed from a metal wire or the like, and a resin tube 2d. The tube 2d is made of, for example, a polyester elastomer having excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. As shown in FIG. 4, the tube 2d covers the outer peripheral surface on one end side of the cable body 2c. The tube 2d is restricted from moving in the longitudinal direction with respect to the cable body 2c by an attachment member 2g attached to the cable body 2c.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a small diameter portion 2a and a large diameter portion 2b are formed in the cable 2 by the cable body 2c and the tube 2d. The small-diameter portion 2a is a portion having a small diameter, and is composed only of the cable body 2c. The large-diameter portion 2b is a portion having a larger diameter than the small-diameter portion 2a and includes a cable body 2c and a tube 2d. One end 2e of the cable 2 is attached to the leg member 12, and is located below the pin 12a. One end 2f of the cable 2 is attached to the bracket 22 and is located below the pin 16a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the guide members 3 and 4 are provided on the seat cushion 11 between the leg member 12 and the bracket 22. The guide members 3 and 4 are molded from a resin such as polyacetal. The guide member 4 is located above the leg member 12. On the upper end surface of the guide member 4, a groove-shaped guide portion 4a on which the cable 2 is slidably hung is formed. The cable 2 extends from the leg member 12, is hung on the upper end surface of the guide member 4, and extends between the pad 11 a and the cover 11 c toward the guide member 3.

The guide member 3 is provided in the vicinity of one end of the seat cushion 11 in the width direction as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a small guide portion 3 b and a large guide portion 3 c are formed on the lower end surface of the main body portion 3 a of the guide member 3. The small guide portion 3 b has a width corresponding to the small diameter portion 2 a of the cable 2, and the large guide portion 3 c has a width corresponding to the large diameter portion 2 b of the cable 2. The width of the small guide portion 3b is larger than the diameter of the small diameter portion 2a and smaller than the diameter of the large diameter portion 2b. The width of the large guide portion 3c is larger than the width of the small guide portion 3b and slightly larger than the diameter of the large diameter portion 2b.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c are arranged in series. Each width center line of the small guide part 3b and the large guide part 3c is located on substantially the same line. The small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c are formed in a groove shape having a substantially semicircular cross section on the bottom side. The groove depth of the small guide portion 3b is substantially the same as the diameter of the small diameter portion 2a of the cable 2, and the groove depth of the large guide portion 3c is substantially the same as the diameter of the large diameter portion 2b.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a connecting portion 3d is formed between the small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c. The connecting portion 3d gradually increases in width and depth from the small guide portion 3b toward the large guide portion 3c. . As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the small diameter portion 2a of the cable 2 is slidably accommodated in the small guide portion 3b. The large diameter portion 2b is usually slidably accommodated in the large guide portion 3c.

When the seat 10 is changed from the use state in FIG. 1 to the folded state in FIG. 2, a lever provided on the lower side of the rear portion of the seat cushion 11 is pulled. As a result, the reclining device 18 is unlocked, and the seat back 13 can fall on the seat cushion 11. Next, the locking device 17 is released from the anchor 23 and the arm 16 is urged by the urging member 24 so as to rotate upward. When the seat cushion 11 is rotated upward about the pin 16a together with the arm 16, the seat cushion 11 is moved from the use position shown in FIG. Rotate to the indicated storage position.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the one end 2 f of the cable 2 is located below the pin 16 a that is the rotation center of the seat cushion 11. Therefore, when the seat cushion 11 is rotated from the use position to the storage position, the cable 2 is pulled toward the one end 2f side. As a result, the cable 2 pulls the leg member 12 against the biasing member 19, and the leg member 12 rotates about the pin 12a. As a result, the leg member 12 rotates from the use position shown in FIG. 2 extending downward with respect to the seat cushion 11 to the retracted position shown in FIG. 3 along the lower surface of the seat cushion 11.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the cable 2 is pulled toward the one end portion 2 f, the large diameter portion 2 b is separated from the guide member 3. On the other hand, the small diameter portion 2 a extends at the small guide portion 3 b and the large guide portion 3 c of the guide member 3. When the seat cushion 11 is rotated from the use position to the retracted position, the large diameter portion 2b is also rotated together with the seat cushion 11, separated from the side wall 21, and exposed to the lower side of the arm 16. Therefore, the large diameter portion 2b is a target of a portion exposed by a law or the like. However, since the large-diameter portion 2b has a larger diameter than the small-diameter portion 2a, the diameter can be easily set to a predetermined value or more than a radius (for example, 3.2 mm) determined by law.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, peripheral parts such as the cover 11 c are located in the vicinity of the guide member 3. These peripheral parts are located closer to the center of the seat cushion 11 than the guide member 3. When the seat cushion 11 is in the use position, the large diameter portion 2b is positioned at the large guide portion 3c of the guide member 3, and the small diameter portion 2a is positioned at the small guide portion 3b. Therefore, the large diameter portion 2b is separated from the peripheral components such as the cover 11c, and the small diameter portion 2a is positioned in the vicinity of the peripheral components. Therefore, the small-diameter portion 2a has a smaller diameter than the large-diameter portion 2b and hardly interferes with peripheral components.

As described above, the cable device 1 includes the cable 2 extending from the leg member 12 (second member) and the seat cushion 11 (first member) as shown in FIG. The guide member 3 is provided. The cable 2 has a small diameter part 2a extending from the leg member 12 side and a large diameter part 2b extending from the small diameter part 2a and having a diameter larger than that of the small diameter part 2a. The guide member 3 has a small guide portion 3b on which the small diameter portion 2a is slidably hung and has a width smaller than the thickness of the large diameter portion 2b, and is arranged in series with the small guide portion 3b, and the large diameter portion 2b slides. The large guide portion 3c has a width that can be hung.

Therefore, the cable 2 has the small diameter part 2a and the large diameter part 2b. Therefore, the cable 2 may have the small diameter part 2a in a narrow space and the large diameter part 2b in a place where the diameter is preferably equal to or larger than a predetermined value. The guide member 3 has a small guide portion 3b and a large guide portion 3c. Therefore, the guide member 3 can hold the cable 2 suitably. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the small guide portion 3b holds the small diameter portion 2a, and at the same time, the large guide portion 3c holds the large diameter portion 2b. As a result, the cable 2 can be prevented from shaking in the radial direction by the small guide portion 3 b and the large guide portion 3 c of the guide member 3.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the cable 2 is pulled, the large diameter portion 2b is pulled out from the large guide portion 3c, and the small diameter portion 2a is positioned at the small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c. At this time, the cable 2 can be prevented from shaking the small diameter portion 2a in the radial direction by the small guide portion 3b. For this reason, for example, the guide member has only the large guide portion, the small diameter portion is hung only on the large guide portion, and the cable 2 is less than the guide member 3 relative to the large guide portion in the radial direction. As a result, it is possible to suppress rattling in the radial direction.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cable 2 has one end 2f attached to the vehicle body, and the seat cushion 11 (first member) attached to the vehicle body so as to be movable is moved relative to the vehicle body. The cable 2 pulls the leg member 12 (second member), and the leg member 12 moves with respect to the seat cushion 11. The large diameter portion 2b of the cable 2 extends from the guide member 3 side to the vehicle body side.

Accordingly, the leg member 12 (second member) moves relative to the seat cushion 11 by the cable 2 in conjunction with the movement of the seat cushion 11 (first member) relative to the vehicle body. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the seat cushion 11 moves with respect to the vehicle main body, and therefore a part of the cable 2 positioned on the vehicle main body side is easily exposed from the seat 10. However, the large-diameter portion 2b is located in a portion that is easily exposed. Therefore, the exposed portion can be easily set to a diameter larger than a predetermined diameter defined by the law or the like by the large diameter portion 2b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cable 2 includes a cable body 2c extending at the small diameter portion 2a and the large diameter portion 2b, and a tube 2d attached to the outer periphery of the cable body 2c at the large diameter portion 2b. Therefore, the large-diameter portion 2b can be easily formed by attaching the tube 2d to a part of the cable body 2c.

(Other embodiments)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be the following form. For example, the leg member 12 shown in FIG. 2 is rotatably attached to the seat cushion 11, and the cable device 1 rotates the leg member 12 with respect to the seat cushion 11. However, the leg member may be slidably attached to the seat cushion, and the cable device may slide the leg member relative to the seat cushion.

The cable device 1 shown in FIG. 2 moves the leg member 12 (second member) relative to the seat cushion 11 (first member). However, the cable device may move a second member such as an ottoman attached to the seat cushion (first member) so as to be movable. Alternatively, the cable device may move a second member such as an armrest or a table that is movably attached to the seat back (first member). Alternatively, the cable device may rotate a second member such as a seat back that is rotatably attached to the seat cushion (first member).

The seat cushion 11 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is attached to the vehicle so as to be rotatable in the width direction. However, the seat cushion may be rotatably attached to the vehicle forward or backward, and the cable may be pulled by the rotation of the seat cushion. The cable 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is pulled by the movement of the seat cushion 11 relative to the vehicle body. However, a lever for pulling the cable may be provided on the sheet or the like, and the cable may be pulled by the lever.

The guide member 4 shown in FIG. 4 has a groove-shaped small guide portion 3b and a large guide portion 3c. However, the small guide portion and the large guide portion may each have two convex portions that stand on both sides in the width direction of the cable. The small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c shown in FIG. 4 are semicircular in cross section on the bottom side. However, the small guide portion and the large guide portion may have a triangular cross section or a quadrangular cross section, or may have a through-hole shape. The small guide portion 3b and the large guide portion 3c shown in FIG. 4 have shapes that can accommodate the small diameter portion 2a and the large diameter portion 2b of the cable 2, respectively. However, the small guide portion and the large guide portion may have a shape that can accommodate only a part of the small diameter portion and the large diameter portion, respectively.

The cable 2 shown in FIG. 4 has a cable body 2c and a tube 2d, and a large diameter portion 2b is formed by the tube 2d.
