Abstract
【解決手段】インペラ1は、中心軸Jを中心に回転する略円筒状のカップ部10と、カップ部10の外周面10aに固定された複数の翼11と、複数の翼11を互いに連結する略環状の連結部12とを備えている。連結部12は、翼11の径方向に沿った翼長Laに対して、翼11のカップ部外周面10aにおける付け根から、翼長Laの70%〜90%の位置Lbに、略円筒形状に形成されており、連結部12の軸方向の高さ(L)と、カップ部外周面10aと連結部12内周面との径方向の間隔(W)との比率(L/W)が、0.9以下である。

Claims (9)
- 中心軸を中心に回転する略円筒状のカップ部と、
前記カップ部の外周面に固定され、該カップ部と共に回転することにより、軸方向の一方から吸気し、軸方向の他方に排気する複数の翼と、
前記複数の翼を互いに連結する略環状の連結部と
を備え、
前記連結部は、前記翼の径方向に沿った翼長に対して、該翼の前記カップ部外周面における付け根から、前記翼長の70%〜90%の位置に、略円筒形状に形成されており、
前記連結部の軸方向の高さ(L)と、前記カップ部外周面と前記連結部内周面との径方向の間隔(W)との比率(L/W)が、0.9以下である、インペラ。 - 請求項1に記載のインペラにおいて、
前記複数の翼は、前進翼として構成されている、インペラ。 - 請求項1に記載のインペラにおいて、
前記連結部の軸方向吸気側の端部は、該連結部が連結された前記翼の部位において、前記翼の軸方向吸気側の端部と略一致しており、かつ、前記連結部の軸方向の高さは、前記翼の軸方向の高さよりも小さい、インペラ。 - 請求項1に記載のインペラにおいて、
前記翼の軸方向排気側の端部は、径方向外方に向けて、軸方向吸気側に傾斜している、インペラ。 - 請求項4に記載のインペラにおいて、
前記連結部の軸方向の高さは、該連結部が連結された前記翼の部位において、前記翼の軸方向の高さと略一致している、インペラ。 - 請求項1に記載のインペラにおいて、
前記翼の回転方向後方に位置する後縁と、前記翼の径方向外端に位置する翼端との交点は、前記翼の回転方向前方に位置する前縁と、前記カップ部外周面との交点よりも、回転方向前方側に位置している、インペラ。 - 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のインペラと、
前記インペラを駆動するモータと、
前記モータを支持するベース部と、
前記インペラの外周を囲うハウジングと、
を備えた、送風ファン。 - 請求項7に記載の送風ファンにおいて、
前記ハウジングと前記ベース部とを連結する複数の静翼をさらに備え、
前記静翼の軸方向吸気側の端部は、軸方向吸気側に向かって傾斜している、送風ファン。 - 請求項8に記載の送風ファンにおいて、
前記翼の軸方向排気側の端部と、前記静翼の軸方向吸気側の端部との隙間は、径方向において、略一定である、送風ファン。
