これを使用するときは、椅子などに座った状態でベルト本体の中央部（１）を腰にあて、ベルトの両端を体の前にもってくる。
ベルトの両端を両太ももの内側から後ろにまわし、両膝裏から前にもってくる。
ベルトの両端を両脚内側のベルト本体内側から通してひっぱりながら折り返し、両膝下の脛部分のマジックテープ（登録商標）のループ部（３）にフック部（２）を固定して、ゆっくりと立ち上がる。
