【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、天然物由来のジカルボン酸と天然物由来のアミノ酸を脱炭酸したアミンとの塩化合物を0.05〜10重量部配合したことを特徴とする。

Description
塩化合物1(コハク酸とプトレッシンの塩化合物)の合成
1リットル栓付き丸フラスコにアセトン150mlを入れ、次いでコハク酸60g(0.508mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)とプトレッシン44.8g(0.508mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)を入れ、室温で5分間反応させると、沈殿物が生じた。さらに5時間反応熱が出なくなるまで攪拌した。この沈殿物を濾過し、減圧乾燥することで、粉末状の薄茶色生成物96.4g(収率92%)が得られた。この薄茶色生成物を核磁気共鳴分光法(1H−NMR及び13C−NMR、ブルカー社製核磁気共鳴分光分析装置AV400M(400MHz)、溶媒として重ジメチルスルホキシド)および元素分析(パーキンエルマー社製全自動元素分析装置2400II、1800℃以上の高温、酸素中で完全燃焼し、フロンタルクロマトグラフィーにより炭素、水素、窒素、酸素の各元素を定量するもの)により分析し、コハク酸とプトレッシンの1:1の塩化合物であることを確認した。
1リットル栓付き丸フラスコにアセトン150mlを入れ、次いでコハク酸60g(0.508mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)とカダベリン51.9g(0.508mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)を入れ、室温で5分間反応させると、沈殿物が生じた。さらに5時間反応熱が出なくなるまで攪拌した。この沈殿物を濾過し、減圧乾燥することで、粉末状の薄茶色生成物101.8g(収率91%)が得られた。この薄茶色生成物を上記の核磁気共鳴分光法及び元素分析により分析し、コハク酸とカダベリンの1:1の塩化合物であることを確認した。
1リットル栓付き丸フラスコにアセトン150mlを入れ、次いでコハク酸60g(0.508mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)とシクロヘキシルアミン100.7g(1.016mol、和光純薬社製試薬特級)を入れ、室温で5分間反応させると、沈殿物が生じた。この沈殿物を濾過し、濾紙上に残った沈殿物をアセトンで2回洗浄し、減圧乾燥することで、粉末状の白色生成物159.1g(収率99%)が得られた。この白色生成物の融点は199.3℃であった。この白色生成物を上述した核磁気共鳴分光法及び元素分析により分析し、コハク酸とシクロヘキシルアミンの1:2の塩化合物であることを確認した。
表1に示す配合からなる9種類のスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物(実施例1〜7、比較例1,2)を、硫黄、加硫促進剤、ヘキサメチロールメラミンペンタメチルエーテルの部分縮合物及びジカルボン酸とアミンとの塩化合物を除く成分を1.8Lの密閉型ミキサーで3〜5分間混練し、放出したマスターバッチに、硫黄、加硫促進剤、表1に示すヘキサメチロールメラミンペンタメチルエーテルの部分縮合物或いはジカルボン酸とアミンとの塩化合物を加えて8インチのオープンロールで混練してスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物を得た。
得られた接着試験片を用いて、ASTM D2229に準拠してスチールコードの引き抜き試験を行い、引き抜いたスチールコード表面のゴム付き率(コード表面に付着したゴムの面積割合)を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表わし表1に示した。この指数が大きいほどゴム付き率が大きく初期接着性が優れることを意味する。
得られた接着試験片を、温度70℃、湿度96%の条件で2週間湿熱劣化処理を行なった。湿熱劣化処理後の接着試験片を使用して、ゴム付き率を上述した方法で評価した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表わし表1に示した。この指数が大きいほど耐水接着性が優れることを意味する。

加硫促進剤:N,N′−ジシクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド、大内新興化学工業社製ノクセラーDZ−G
部分縮合物:ヘキサメチロールメラミンペンタメチルエーテルの部分縮合物、住友化学社製スミカノール507A
塩化合物1:コハク酸とプトレッシンの塩化合物、上述した方法で調製したもの。
塩化合物2:コハク酸とカダベリンの塩化合物、上述した方法で調製したもの。
塩化合物3:コハク酸とシクロヘキシルアミンの塩化合物、上述した方法で調製したもの。
Claims (7)
- ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、天然物由来のジカルボン酸と天然物由来のアミノ酸を脱炭酸したアミンとの塩化合物を0.05〜10重量部配合したスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物。
- 前記アミンが、プトレッシン又はカダベリンである請求項1に記載のスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジカルボン酸が、コハク酸である請求項1又は2にに記載のスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1,2又は3に記載のスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物で、複数本の引き揃えられたスチールコードをシート状に被覆した補強ゴムシート。
- 請求項1,2又は3に記載のスチール線材被覆用ゴム組成物で被覆したスチールワイヤを複数本集束した補強ゴム複合体。
- 請求項4に記載の補強ゴムシートにより、カーカス層及び/又はベルト層を構成した空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項5に記載の補強ゴム複合体により、ビードコアを構成した空気入りタイヤ。
