Abstract
【解決手段】ボックス本体3の外周部およびリッド5の外周部には、シールフランジ15,17,33がそれぞれ形成され、これらのシールフランジ同士15,17,33を当接してシールするバッテリーパック1であって、前記ボックス本体3およびリッド5のシールフランジ15を、上方が凸になるように所定の曲率半径Rをもって湾曲形成している。

Claims (3)
- 内方にバッテリーを収容する箱形状のボックス本体と、該ボックス本体の上部開口を覆うリッドと、を備え、前記ボックス本体の外周部およびリッドの外周部にシールフランジがそれぞれ形成され、これらのシールフランジ同士を当接してシールするバッテリーパックであって、
前記ボックス本体およびリッドのシールフランジを、所定の曲率をもって湾曲させて形成したことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックを、リッドが上側でボックス本体が下側になるように車体に搭載したときに、ボックス本体およびリッドの前記シールフランジを、上方が凸になるように湾曲形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記湾曲形成させたシールフランジを車両前側および車両後側の少なくともいずれか一方側に配置した状態で、車体に搭載するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
