Abstract
【解決手段】複数の分配支管3bの全数の微粉炭流量を粉体流量測定手段9で測定してそれぞれの測定値を比較手段11によって比較し、その比較結果に基づいて全数の分配支管3bの前記測定値が同一になるように粉体流量調整手段10によって調整する工程と、供給タンク1の重量減少速度をロードセル1bによって測定する工程とを並行して実施し、供給タンク1の重量減少速度を分配支管3bの全本数で割ることによって分配支管3bの微粉炭流量を算出する。

Claims (2)
- 微粉炭を供給タンクから供給管を介して分配器に受け入れ、分配器から複数の分配支管を介して高炉の複数の羽口に供給する微粉炭の分配供給方法において、
前記複数の分配支管の全数の微粉炭流量の大小を測定してそれぞれの測定値を比較し、その比較結果に基づいて全数の分配支管の前記測定値が同一になるように調整する工程と、前記供給タンクの重量減少速度を測定する工程とを並行して実施し、供給タンクの重量減少速度を分配支管の全本数で割ることによって分配支管の微粉炭流量を算出することを特徴とする微粉炭の分配供給方法。 - 前記複数の分配支管の全数の微粉炭流量の大小を、ドップラー型のマイクロ波式の粉体流量測定装置によって測定する請求項1に記載の微粉炭の分配供給方法。
