発明の詳細な説明Detailed Description of the Invention

この発明は、青空駐車場等において、基礎工事の必要なく、設置出来る様に考案した組立式で、折りたたむ事が出来る車庫である。
構成は、車を載せるベース1と、このベース前後に配した起伏の出来るフレーム2と、同じくベース片側に巻き取り収納してある、テント、シート6(以下シートと云う)から成る。車庫となる上部構造物は、折りたたむ事により全てベース内に収まる。このベースやフレームは、いくつかに分割してあり、使用する現場にて長さ、巾、高さを調整して、他の部品と共に組み立てる。運搬と持ち運びを楽にする。
車庫とするには、まず、フレームを起こすのであるが、ベース内前後に回転軸4を設置。これを、チェン5により連動する様に連結する。
一方の回転軸を回す事によりベース前後方向にチェンが長円回転をする。このチェンに、フレームの足元を回転方向に合わせ接続してあり、チェンの移動を利用してフレームを起こす。
フレームの上、下、中間位置と、ベースとを自由つなぎの支持棒3でつないでおり、この支持棒を軸にして、フレームを正確な位置に起こす。
フレームの起伏は、回転軸の回転方向を変える事で行う。
なお、フレームの起伏の動力として油圧シリンダー等の利用も可能である。
次に、このフレーム上に、シートを張るのであるが、ベース内左右に設置してある回転軸8を回転させる事により片側の回転軸に巻き取り、収納してあるシートを反対側の回転軸に巻き取る事で、シートはフレーム上をおおい車庫となる。
シート巻取用の回転軸もチェン9で連結しており、左右が連動する。
シートは、フレーム上を移動する様、帯10で、シートのはしと反対側の回転軸とを継いである。シートの出し入れは、回転軸の回転方向を変える事で行う。
シートには張りを持たせるため、要所に、ベース前後方向に棒7を配しており、これをシートと一体として、車庫の外まくとする。
回転軸の動力には、バッテリー駆動のモーター等を利用する。
以上の様に構成された折りたたみ車庫。
