Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an LED emitter for an LED lighting fixture requires a heat radiator to radiate heat generated during emission of light to prevent deterioration of the emitter performance thereby power consumption of the LED emitter is higher than that of a fluorescent tube for a fluorescent lamp though power consumption required for LED illumination is lower than that of a fluorescent lamp, resulting in lowering of its versatility compared with the fluorescent lamp.
SOLUTION: An LED emitter is constructed and made to be unitized in an LED lighting box which is made of an extrusion material such as aluminum with a high heat radiation performance and has a role of a heat sink and a light-reflecting plate preventing deterioration of emitter performance by heat of the LED emitter during emission of light. LED lighting fixtures having various sizes can be made by combining the LED units, resulting in simplifying of a manufacturing facility and equipment or the like in the manufacturing process, and to provide inexpensive LED lighting fixtures.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention is used for the structure of LED lighting fixtures using LEDs.

Since LEDs used in LED lighting fixtures are deteriorated in light emission performance due to heat generated during light emission, a heat radiator that dissipates the generated heat is required. In addition, the power consumption required for illumination is lower than that of fluorescent lamps, but the price of LED is high, so the price of LED luminaires is higher than that of fluorescent tubes used in fluorescent lamps, so its versatility is lower than that of fluorescent lamps.

The present invention comprises a push plate that uses a push material such as aluminum with high heat dissipation to constitute a reflector that reflects the light from the LED and the role of a radiator that prevents deterioration of light emission performance due to heat during light emission of the LED. By constructing an LED light source and uniting it as a single LED lighting fixture, by combining LED lighting units, by creating one independent LED lighting fixture of various sizes, production equipment in the production process, etc. It is to provide a simplified and low-cost LED lighting fixture.

In the present invention, the LED light source is configured as an extruded material such as aluminum with high heat dissipation with a reflection angle, and this is made into one LED lighting fixture unit, and these are successively connected through a connecting plate such as plastic. By connecting the units, it is possible to change the length and width of one independent LED lighting fixture, thereby preventing deterioration of light emission performance due to heat during LED light emission, and production equipment in the production process. The purpose is to provide low-priced LED lighting fixtures by simplifying equipment.

Unitization of LED lighting fixtures eliminates the need for various sizes according to applications like fluorescent lamps, and eliminates the need to make separate reflectors and heat sinks, improving productivity, lowering costs and heat dissipation LED lighting fixtures can be provided.
