Description
Claims (14)
- セルロース・パルプの脱水のための脱水ドラムであって、前記脱水ドラム(2)は、該脱水ドラム(2)の両端に配置された2つの端板(28、30)を有し、また前記脱水ドラム(2)は、その外側周縁部に沿ってスクリーン・プレート(48)又はフィルター・ネットなどの液体透過層を有し、セルロース・パルプはその脱水のために前記液体透過層に押し付けて圧縮することが可能であり、前記各端板(28、30)はその中央部分で軸受装置(34、36)の第1の部分を支持している脱水ドラムにおいて、
前記脱水ドラム(2)が支持パイプ(38)をさらに有し、前記支持パイプ(38)は、少なくとも15mmの材料厚さ(T)の円筒形スリーブ形状を有し、且つそのそれぞれの端部で前記端板(28、30)に接続されており、前記液体透過層(48)は、前記支持パイプ(38)の外側に配置され、且つ複数のスペーサ要素(42)によって前記支持パイプ(38)の外側周縁部(44)から所定の距離を置いて適所に保持されており、前記支持パイプ(38)はその周縁部に沿って少なくとも10個の開口部(40)を備え、前記液体透過層(48)を通過する液体が、前記開口部(40)を通して前記支持パイプ(38)の内部に浸入可能であることを特徴とする脱水ドラム。 - 前記支持パイプ(38、338、438)は、該支持パイプ(38、338、438)の内部に浸入した液体が外部に出ることを可能にする少なくとも1つの開口部(40、340、440)を有している請求項1に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記脱水ドラム(302、402)は、その長さ(LS)に沿って、圧縮されたセルロース・パルプを受けるように配置された部分(Z)を有し、前記開口部(340、440)の少なくとも1つが前記部分(Z)の軸方向外側に配置されている請求項2に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記支持パイプ(38、138、238、338、438)が実質的に内部構造物を有していない請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記各端板(128、130)が、前記軸受装置の前記第1の部分を形成する軸ジャーナル(134、136)を備えている請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記各端板(28、30)が、前記軸受装置の前記第1の部分を形成する軸受(34、36)を備えている請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記脱水ドラム(2、202、302)が、中心軸(26、226、326)のまわりを回転するように配置されている請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記中心軸(26、226、326)は、前記脱水ドラム(2、202、302)に押し込まれた液体を集めるように配置された隔離壁(24、224、324)を支持している請求項7に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記隔離壁(24、224、324)は前記軸(26、226、326)から前記支持パイプ(38、238、338)に向かって延びており、前記軸(26、226、326)は、前記支持パイプ(38、238、338)内の前記少なくとも10個の開口部(40、240、340)を通して浸入した液体を受け取り、該液体を前記軸受(34、234、236)を介して前記支持パイプ(38、238、338)から外へ案内するように配置されている請求項8に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記支持パイプ(238)の内部に浸入した液体を吸い上げるように配置されたダクト(216)が、前記軸受(234)を介して前記支持パイプ(238)内に延びている請求項5から9までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記支持パイプ(38)が金属で製造され、また15〜50mmの範囲の材料厚さ(T)を有している請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記支持パイプ(38)内の前記少なくとも10個の開口部(40)のそれぞれが、1〜200cm2の範囲の開口面積を有している請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記支持パイプ(38)内のすべての開口部(40)の総開口面積が、前記支持パイプ(38)の内部側面積の少なくとも10%に相当する請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
- 前記スペーサ要素は、前記ドラムのまわりに延びる薄板リング(42)であって、前記支持パイプ(38)によって支持される薄板リング(42)で形成されている請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の脱水ドラム。
