Description
Claims (23)
- 加熱流体剥離システムのためのカセットであって、
外部流体源から剥離流体を受け入れる流体供給管腔と、
治療剤を含む流体チャンバと、
該カセットが第1の構成にあるとき、流体送達管腔を介して、該カセットから該剥離流体を送出し、該カセットが第2の構成にあるとき、該流体送達管腔を介して、該カセットから該治療剤を送出する、インペラーと
を備える、カセット。 - 前記第1の流体は、生理食塩水であって、前記第2の流体は、治療剤である、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記治療剤は、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、ステロイド、鎮痛剤、および抗菌剤のうちの1つである、請求項2に記載のカセット。
- 前記カセットが前記第2の構成にあるとき、前記剥離流体の受け入れは、中断される、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記カセットが前記第1の構成にあるとき、前記治療剤は、前記内部流体チャンバ内に保存される、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記剥離流体を所望の温度まで加熱する加熱器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 前記内部流体チャンバは、前記カセット内で熱的に隔離される、請求項6に記載のカセット。
- 前記剥離流体および前記治療剤が、前記カセットに連結される流体戻り管腔を介して該カセットに戻ったときに、それらを濾過するフィルタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカセット。
- 剥離システムであって、
ポンプモータを含む、制御装置と、
該制御装置に着脱可能に連結されるカセットであって、外部流体源から剥離流体を受け入れ、かつ治療剤を含む内部流体チャンバを含み、該ポンプモータによって駆動され、該カセットが第1の構成にあるとき、流体送達管腔を介して、該カセットから該剥離流体を出力し、該カセットが第2の構成にあるとき、該流体送達管腔を介して、該カセットから該治療剤を出力するインペラーを含む、カセットと
を備える、システム。 - 前記剥離流体は、生理食塩水である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療剤は、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、ステロイド、鎮痛剤、および抗菌剤のうちの1つである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記インペラーは、前記ポンプモータに磁気的に連結される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記カセット内の流体循環管腔を選択的に開閉し、前記第1の構成および前記第2の構成を有効にする、弁配列を含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁配列は、前記治療剤が前記インペラーへと流動するように、前記カセットが前記第2の構成にあるとき、前記内部流体チャンバの流体出口管腔を開放する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁配列は、前記第2の構成では、前記カセットを前記外部流体源に接続する流体供給管腔を閉鎖する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁配列は、少なくとも1つのピンチ弁を含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記カセットは、流体保存リザーバと、該リザーバ内の流体のレベルに対応する信号を出力するレベルセンサとを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記信号に応じて、前記カセットを通して循環する流体の量を判定するコントローラを含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 中空器官内の標的組織を剥離する方法であって、
剥離流体を所定の温度まで加熱することと、
カセットから、流体送達管腔を介して、該標的組織を含む中空器官内に挿入される導入器内へと該剥離流体を送出することと、
該剥離流体が該組織構造を通して循環された後、該組織構造から、該導入器内の流体戻り管腔を介して、該剥離流体を回収することであって、該流体戻り管腔は、該カセットに連結されている、ことと、
該カセットから、該流体送達管腔を介して、該中空器官内に挿入される該導入器内へと治療剤を送出することと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記治療剤を送出することに先立って、前記カセットから前記剥離流体を排出するステップをさらに包含する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記治療剤が前記中空器官を通して循環された後、該中空器官から、前記導入器内の前記流体戻り管腔を介して、該治療剤を回収することをさらに包含する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記剥離流体は、生理食塩水である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記治療剤は、非ステロイド系抗炎症剤、ステロイド、鎮痛剤、および抗菌剤のうちの1つである、請求項19に記載の方法。
