R24−C≡C−X1−R25 (VIII)
式中、R24は、水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、ハロアルキルもしくはハロによって任意選択的に置換されたアリールであり、X1は結合もしくは架橋基、R25はアルキル、シクロアルキルもしくは、ハロゲンによって任意選択的に置換されたアリール基である。
CH≡C(CH2)s−R27 (IX)
式中、sは上記に規定されたのと同様であり、R27はハロアルキル、とくにC6F13のようなC6-12ペルフルオロ基などのペルハロアルキルである。
CH≡C(O)O(CH2)pR27 (X)
式中、pは1から20の整数であり、R27は上記の化学式(IX)に関連して上記に規定されたのと同様であり、とくにC8F17基である。好ましくは、この場合、pは1から6の整数であり、もっとも好ましくは約2である。
CH≡C(CH2)pO(CH2)qR27 (XI)
式中、pは上記に規定されたのと同様であり、しかし、とくに1であり、qは上記に規定されたのと同様であり、しかし、とくに1であり、R27は化学式(IX)に関係して規定されたのと同様であり、とくにC6F13基である。

CH≡C(CH2)pN(R26)SO2R27 (XIII)
式中、pは上記に規定されたのと同様であり、しかし、とくに1であり、R26は上記に規定されたのと同様であり、とくにエチルであり、R27は化学式(IX)に関係して規定されたのと同様であり、とくにC8F17基である。
R28C≡C(CH2)nSiR29R30R31 (XIV)
式中、R28は水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、ハロアルキルもしくは、任意選択的にハロで置換されたアリールであり、R29、R30およびR31は、アルキルもしくはアルコキシから独立して選択され、とくにC1-6アルキルもしくはアルコキシである。
履物製造業者から手に入れた「Victory」ブランドの靴(中敷きが取り除かれた)を、外部に巻かれた銅コイル電極を有する約13リットルの容量のガラスチャンバチューブの中に設置し、Leyboldの「screwline SP630」およびLeyboldの「Roots blower 2001WSU pumpstack」を使用して、1分間排気した。1分間のポンプによる排気の後、履物の表面を活性化させるために、Dresslerの「Cesar 1310」高周波発生装置および自作のマッチングネットワークを使用して連続波プラズマを50Wで30秒間発生させた。この次に、ペルフルオロ化アクリレートモノマーを、モノマーチューブを通してチャンバに導入し、オンの時間が20マイクロ秒でオフの時間が20ミリ秒でピークパワーが50Wのパルスプラズマ条件下に5分間置いた。この時間の後、モノマー源と同様にRFの供給を止め、システムを通気し、その後、靴を取り出した。
Claims (17)
- 表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように備えられ、プラズマ処理プロセスによって得られた撥液ポリマーコーティングを有する履物のアイテムであって、
前記アイテムが、液体吸収足支持中敷きをさらに備えているアイテム。 - スポーツ靴を構成する請求項1のアイテム。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、化学式(I)の化合物を含むパルスプラズマを前記アイテムに当てることによって生成され、
式中、R1、R2およびR3が、水素、アルキル、ハロアルキルもしくは任意選択的にハロで置換されたアリールから独立して選択され、R4がX−R5基であり、式中、R5がアルキルもしくはハロアルキル基であり、Xが、化学式−C(O)O−、−C(O)O(CH2)nY−の基の結合であり、式中、nが1から10の整数であり、Yが結合もしくはスルホンアミド基であり、または、Xが、−(O)pR6(O)q(CH2)t−の基結合であり、式中、R6は、ハロで任意選択的に置換されたアリールであり、pは0もしくは1であり、qは0もしくは1であり、tは0もしくは1から10の整数であり、もし、式中、qが1であるならばtが0以外であり、十分な時間で保護ポリマー層が前記アイテムの表面に形成することができる請求項1または2のアイテム。 - 前記アイテムがプラズマ堆積チャンバ内でパルスプラズマに当てられる請求項1乃至3のいずれかのアイテム。
- 化学式(I)の前記化合物が化学式(II)の化合物であり、
CH2=CH−R5 (II)
式中、R5が請求項3で規定されたのと同様であるか、もしくは化学式(III)の化合物であり、
CH2=CR7C(O)O(CH2)nR5 (III)
式中、nおよびR5が請求項3で規定されたのと同様であり、R7が水素、C1-10アルキルもしくはC1-10ハロアルキルである請求項3または4のアイテム。 - 化学式(IV)の前記化合物が、1H,1H,2H,2H−ヘプタデカフルオロデシルアクリレートである請求項6のアイテム。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、化学式(VII)の化合物を含むプラズマを前記アイテムに当てることによって生成され、
式中、R16、R17、R18、R19およびR20が、水素、ハロゲン、アルキル、ハロアルキルもしくは、任意選択的にハロによって置換されたアリールから独立して選択され、R21がX−R22基であり、式中、R22がアルキルもしくはハロアルキル基であり、Xが、化学式−C(O)O(CH2)xY−の基の結合であり、式中、xが1から10の整数であり、Yが結合もしくはスルホンアミド基であり、または、Xが、−(O)pR23(O)s(CH2)t−基の結合であり、式中、R23がハロで任意選択的に置換されたアリールであり、pが0もしくは1であり、sが0もしくは1であり、tが0もしくは1から10の整数であり、もし、式中、sが1の場合ならば、tが0以外である請求項1または2のアイテム。 - 前記ポリマーコーティングが、化学式(VIII)を含むプラズマを前記アイテムに当てることによって生成され、
R24−C≡C−X1−R25 (VIII)
式中、R24が、水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、ハロアルキルもしくはハロによって任意選択的に置換されたアリールであり、X1が結合もしくは架橋基であり、R25がアルキル、シクロアルキルもしくは、ハロゲンによって任意選択的に置換されたアリール基である請求項1または2のアイテム。 - 前記液体吸収足支持中敷きが撥液ポリマーコーティングを有さない請求項1乃至10のいずれかのアイテム。
- 前記液体吸収足支持中敷きが取り外し可能である請求項1乃至11のいずれかのアイテム。
- 前記履物のアイテムもしくは前記アイテムを構成する材料の表面の少なくとも一部を処理し、プラズマ堆積プロセスでその上に撥液ポリマーコーティングを堆積させるステップ、および
前記処理されたアイテムの内側で、着用者の足を支える領域に液体吸収足支持中敷きを備えるステップを含む請求項1の履物のアイテムを作製する方法。 - 前記ポリマーコーティングが、化学式(I)の化合物を含むパルスプラズマを前記アイテムの前記表面の少なくとも一部に当てることによって生成され、
式中、R1、R2およびR3が、水素、アルキル、ハロアルキルもしくは任意選択的にハロで置換されたアリールから独立して選択され、R4がX−R5基であり、式中、R5がアルキルもしくはハロアルキル基であり、Xが、化学式−C(O)O−、−C(O)O(CH2)nY−の基の結合であり、式中、nが1から10の整数であり、Yが結合もしくはスルホンアミド基であり、または、Xが、−(O)pR6(O)q(CH2)t−基の結合であり、式中、R6は、ハロで任意選択的に置換されたアリールであり、pは0もしくは1であり、qは0もしくは1であり、tは0もしくは1から10の整数であり、もし、式中、qが1であるならばtが0以外であり、十分な時間で保護ポリマー層が前記アイテムの表面に形成することができる請求項13の方法。 - 目標のポリマー物質を生成できる、実質的にガス状態の1種もしくは2種以上のモノマーと一緒に、処理されるべき前記アイテムをプラズマチャンバの中に設置し、前記チャンバ内にグロー放電を起こさせ、パルス状の好適な電圧を印加する請求項13または14の方法。
- オンの時間:オフの時間の比率が1:500から1:1500の範囲内であるように連続して、パルスを印加する請求項13乃至15のいずれか1項の方法。
- 前記着用者にとっての前記履物のアイテムの快適性を改善する方法であって、
前記方法が、請求項13乃至16のいずれかの方法で前記アイテムを処理するステップを含む。
