本発明による難燃性ブロック共重合体は、成分B)として、B1)膨張性グラファイト、B2)燐を含む化合物、及びB3)フッ素含有ポリマーを含む難燃剤を含む。
剥離性グラファイトが酸化により得られる場所は、(酸の存在のために)剥離性グラファイトが他方では成形材及び/又は貯蔵所、及びそのような成形品の製造装置の腐食をもたらすことが多いので、アルカリ化合物の添加が必要とされることが多い。特に、アルカリ金属化合物、及びMg(OH)2又は水酸化アルミニウムを、(B1を100質量%とする量に基づいて)10質量%までの量で、好ましくは5質量%までの量で添加することができる。有利なことに、その混合は成分が合成される前に実施される。
本発明によるブロック共重合体は、その構成成分としてさらなる添加物を含んでも良い。原則として、当業者に公知の、文献に記載のある、及びプラスチックに慣用する全ての添加物が好適である。本発明に関連して、プラスチックに慣用する添加物は、例えば、安定剤、抗酸化剤、熱分解及び紫外線による分解を防止するための成分、潤滑剤及び離型剤、染料、顔料、可塑剤、及び、例えば、ガラス繊維又は炭素繊維のような繊維である。
ブロック共重合体は、好ましくは、メルトとして、少なくとも一つの計量投入ゾーン、可塑化ゾーン、均質化ゾーン、及び吐出ゾーンを含むスクリュー押出機中で、運搬方向に沿ってこの順序で、成分の混合により製造される。

MVR(220℃/10kg)
メルトボリュームフローレート(MVR)は220℃でポリマーメルトをISO1133Bに従って測定する。
シャルピー ak(23℃)
シャルピー切り欠き衝撃耐性(ak)は23℃で、ISO179−2/1eA(F)に従って試験片(寸法80×10×4mm、ISO294に従って製造される)を測定する。
シャルピー an(23℃)
シャルピー衝撃耐性は23℃で、3501791eUに従って決定した。
破壊のエネルギー
破壊のエネルギー(E−F)
破壊エネルギーは応力−歪曲線下の面積として測定される。
曲げ弾性率
曲げ弾性率はISO294により製造された試験片に対してISO527−2/1A/50に従って測定される。
平均燃焼時間
UL94、垂直燃焼基準に基づく火災試験では、着火後火が消えるまでの時間を、1.6mmの厚さを有する2つの棒について測定した。そして得られる時間を平均化した。
エラストマーブロック共重合体
以下、成分として使用した:
ZSK30 二軸スクリュー押出機
11の筒区域(筒区域の計算は0から始まり、計量投入ゾーン、及び運搬方向に連続的に10、吐出ゾーンまで)及び連合する一対のスクリューより構成される、Werner and PfleidererからのZSK30 二軸スクリュー押出機を使用した。そのスクリューの外径は30mmであった。成分B1)を除く全ての成分を上側の計量投入開口部に設けられた筒区域0に計量投入した。筒区域2及び3は溶融ゾーンを含み、そのために押出される物質は筒区域3を出る際には溶融状態で存在する。成分B1)を筒区域4へ計量投入した。筒区域4〜10のスクリューは運搬素子のみを備えていた。
ほとんどせん断する効果を示さない混合素子を備えたスクリューを筒区域6に有することを除いてはZSK30と同一のスクリュー押出機。
機械的特性及び燃焼特性を決定するために、その成分を一軸スクリュー押出機で均質化し、標準成形品をもたらすために注入物を型に流し込んだ。
燃焼試験のための試料をUL94の方法に従って製造した。
試料をUL94に従って燃焼させた。さらに、それらの機械的特性を測定した。得られた成分とその結果は以下の表から明らかである。

該ブロック共重合体が押出機中で難燃剤と混合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 成形品の製造のために、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弾性ブロック共重合体を使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の弾性ブロック共重合体に基づく成形品、特に、フィルム、押出形材、チューブ、ケーブルシース、シーリング材、ベースプレート、又はフォーム。
