Claims (27)
- 光束を放射する放射光ファイバと、
前記放射光ファイバの放射側に配置され、前記放射光ファイバにより放射された光束を回折する光学系と、
それぞれが前記放射光ファイバと対向して配置され、かつそれぞれが前記光学系により回折された光束を受光する2以上の受光ファイバと、
を有するレーザプローブ。 - 前記光学系は、第1のレンズと、前記第1のレンズと対向して配置され、回折面を有する第2のレンズとをさらに有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記第1のレンズは非球面レンズであり、前記第2のレンズは回折面を備えた非球面レンズである、請求項2に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記光学系は、前記放射光ファイバにより放射された光束を2次元のビームスポットアレイに回折する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記光学系は回折格子を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記光学系は面格子/体積ホログラムハイブリッド多重格子部材を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記格子部材は、
前記格子部材の中心に配置され、入射光束を低曲げ角で回折する略円形の面格子区域と、
前記面格子区域の周辺に配置され、入射光束を高曲げ角で回折する略リング状の体積ホログラム区域と
をさらに有する、請求項6に記載のレーザプローブ。 - 前記2以上の受光ファイバのうちの少なくとも一つは湾曲遠位端を持つ、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記2以上の受光ファイバは、当該2以上の受光ファイバのそれぞれが前記光学系により回折された単一の光束と結合するよう配置される、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記2以上の受光ファイバを少なくとも部分的に囲う筺体をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 筺体と、
前記筺体内に配置され、入射光束を回折する光学系と、
前記光学系の一方のサイドに配置された第1のコネクタと、
前記光学系の他方のサイドに配置された第2のコネクタと、
を有するレーザプローブ用カップリング。 - 前記光学系は、第1のレンズと、前記第1のレンズに対向して配置され、回折面を有する第2のレンズとをさらに有する、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 前記第1のレンズは非球面レンズであり、前記第2のレンズは回折面を備えた非球面レンズである、請求項12に記載のカップリング。
- 前記光学系は、前記放射光ファイバにより放射された光束を2次元のビームスポットアレイに回折する、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 前記光学系は回折格子を有する、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 前記光学系は面格子/体積ホログラムハイブリッド多重格子部材を有する、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 前記格子部材は、
前記格子部材の中心に配置され、入射光束を低曲げ角で回折する略円形の面格子区域と、
前記面格子区域の周辺に配置され、入射光束を高曲げ角で回折する略リング状の体積ホログラム区域と
をさらに有する、請求項16に記載のカップリング。 - 前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタはSMAコネクタである、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 前記第1のコネクタ及び前記第2のコネクタの少なくとも一つは、複数の光ファイバを一列に並べる機構を有する、請求項11に記載のカップリング。
- 光束を放射する放射光ファイバと、
前記放射光ファイバの放射側に配置され、前記放射光ファイバにより放射された光束を2以上の回折光束に少なくとも回折する光学系と、
を有する眼科用レーザプローブ。 - 前記光学系は回折格子を有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記光学系は面格子/体積ホログラムハイブリッド多重格子部材を有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記格子部材は、
前記格子部材の中心に配置され、入射光束を低曲げ角で回折する略円形の面格子区域と、
前記面格子区域の周辺に配置され、入射光束を高曲げ角で回折する略リング状の体積ホログラム区域と
をさらに有する、請求項22に記載のレーザプローブ。 - 前記光学系は、平行光化する能力を備えた回折格子を有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記放射光ファイバを少なくとも部分的に囲う筺体をさらに有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記放射光ファイバを少なくとも部分的に囲うカニューレをさらに有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
- 前記カニューレに配置され、前記放射光ファイバを前記カニューレ内で中心位置合わせするセンタリングシリンダをさらに有する、請求項20に記載のレーザプローブ。
