Claims (20)
- 配電において、
複数の微小電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチを有する配電システムの支線に、故障状態があるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記複数のMEMSスイッチのうち前記支線の最も遠い上流側にあるMEMSスイッチを再閉路するステップと、
前記故障状態がまだ存在するか否かを判定するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記故障状態がもう存在しないことが判定された場合は、前記支線内に前記複数のMEMSスイッチのうち開いているMEMSスイッチがまだあるか否かを判定するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支線内に開いているMEMSスイッチがまだあることが判定された場合は、前記複数のMEMSスイッチのうち次に最も遠いMEMSスイッチを再閉路するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記支線内に前記複数のMEMSスイッチのうち開いているMEMSスイッチがないことが判定された場合は、配電システムの動作を再開するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記故障状態がまだ存在することが判定された場合は、前記支線の最も遠い上流側の前記MEMSスイッチを再開路するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記配電システムの前記支線から故障を解消するステップを更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のMEMSスイッチを通過する負荷電流の負荷電流値を監視するステップと、
前記監視された負荷電流が所定の負荷値と異なるか否かを判定するステップとを更に含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記監視された負荷電流値が前記所定の負荷電流値と異なる場合は、それに応動して故障信号を発生するステップを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記負荷電流値の前記差異が、誤トリップと非誤トリップのうちの少なくとも1つであるか否かを判定するステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 配電システムであって、
電源からの電力を受ける入力ポートと、
前記入力ポートに電気的に結合された主配電バスと、
前記入力ポートと前記主配電バスとの間に配置され、これらに結合された給電遮断微小電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
主配電バスに電気的に結合された複数の配電支線とを備える配電システム。 - 前記複数の配電支線の各々が、それぞれの配電支線に電気的に結合された複数の負荷回路を更に備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記主配電バスと前記複数の負荷回路との間に配置され、これらに電気的に結合された配電支線MEMSスイッチを更に備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記配電支線MEMSスイッチと前記複数の負荷回路との間に配置され、これらに結合された逓降変圧器を更に備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の負荷回路の各々に配分された複数の負荷回路MEMSスイッチを更に備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の配電支線と電気的に通信する論理回路と、
前記論理回路と電気的に通信する電力段回路とを更に備える、請求項10乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記論理回路及び前記電力段回路と電気的に通信する過電流保護回路を更に備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の配電支線の各々に沿って配分された複数のMEMSスイッチを更に備える、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のMEMSスイッチは前記過電流保護回路と電気的に通信する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記論理回路が負荷電流と負荷電圧とを監視するように構成された、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 負荷電流と負荷電圧の少なくとも1つが所定値と異なると、それに応動して故障信号が発生し、前記過電流回路に伝送される、請求項19に記載のシステム。
