Claims (9)
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、接続が、二つの異なる方式の接続要素(6,7,8,9)の組合せにより行われ、その際、一方の方式の接続要素(6,8)が、接続される両部材(2,4)のセンタリングとトルク伝達を保証し、他方の方式の接続要素(7,9)が、両部材(2,4)の軸方向の固定と軸方向の運転エネルギーの伝達を可能にすることを特徴とする接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、接続が、接続する両部材(4)の一方に設けられた複数の連結要素(8)およびリベット栓(9)により行われ、他方の部材(2)に連結要素(8)およびリベット栓(9)の収容のための対応するスリット(6)およびリベット穴(7)が設けられており、接続が、接続する部材(2,4)の軸方向のはめ込みとリベット栓(9)のリベット留めにより行われ、接続する両部材(2,4)のセンタリングとトルクの伝達が、連結要素(8)の接線方向の面により保証され、両部材(2,4)の軸方向の固定と軸方向の運転エネルギーの伝達がリベット栓(9)により行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、リベット栓(9)がパンヘッドとしてリベット留めされており、連結要素(8)が、接続する両部材(2,4)の間の接続確立の後に外に飛び出さないようにデザインされていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、接線方向の遊びが、盛り上がった連結要素(8)とスリット(6)の基礎寸法、および連結要素(8)とスリット(6)の位置公差を考慮して、限界公差の場合に軽いカバーが発生するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、リベット栓(9)およびリベット穴(7)が、組立状態において所定の遊びを伴い設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、接続要素(8,9,6,7)が、互いに接続する部材(2,4)の向かい合っている面の周囲にわたって放射状に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、接続する両部材が、薄板形成部材として生産されることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、連結要素(8)およびリベット栓(9)が薄板形成において押し出し成型プロセスにより生産され、その際、ワークピースが薄板の裏面上でナイフを入れられ、向かい合った面上で押し出されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接続。
- トルク伝達のためのギア(1)の二つの部材(2,4)の回転しない接続において、スリット(6)およびリベット穴(7)が型で打ち抜かれていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の接続。
