Abstract
Description
− オフィス照明:たとえば早朝の活動性を改善し、昼食後の疲労を軽減する照明、
− 病院照明:たとえば夜間起床時における医療スタッフの眠気による不活性を軽減する照明、
− ケアホーム照明:たとえば老人の日中の居眠りを減らし、夜間の睡眠の持続時間および睡眠の質を改善する照明、
− コントロールルーム:たとえば24時間稼働および夜間シフト労働中において、持続的な警戒態勢を得るためのアプリケーション、および
− 車載照明:たとえば運転者の警戒度を改善するために、車内の露光を、低強度の赤色LEDと青色LEDとで交互に行う照明。
Claims (15)
- 光により誘起される視覚的効果とは異なる生物学的効果を創出する照明システムであって、
変化するスペクトルを有する光を発生させる少なくとも1つの光源と、
当該照明システムを駆動する少なくとも1つのドライバとを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのドライバが、時間的に順番に、
− 第1の期間に亘って第1のスペクトルを発生させ、
− 第2の期間に亘って、前記第1のスペクトルを、前記生物学的効果を有する第2のスペクトルに変化させ、
− 第3の期間に亘って、前記第2のスペクトルを持続する
ように、当該照明システムを駆動するものであり、
前記第2の期間の持続時間が、5秒から30分の範囲内より選択されることを特徴とする照明システム。 - 前記第1のスペクトルが、前記第2のスペクトルの前記生物学的効果よりも小さな、さらなる生物学的効果を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1のスペクトルが、生物学的効果を有さないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2のスペクトルが、前記第1の期間中における前記第1のスペクトルの強度よりも弱い強度で、前記第1のスペクトルを包含することを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の期間の少なくとも一部に亘って、前記第1のスペクトルから前記第2のスペクトルへの移行をマスキングするために選択された、第3のスペクトルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1のスペクトルを有する光が赤色を有し、前記第2のスペクトルを有する光が青色を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1のスペクトルが、600から760nmの範囲内の波長に制限されており、前記第2のスペクトルが、440から520nmの範囲内の波長に制限されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1のスペクトルが、680nmの波長において支配的な成分を有し、前記第2のスペクトルが、480nmの波長において支配的な成分を有することを特徴とする請求項1または7記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1のスペクトルが、第1の色温度を有する白色光であり、前記第2のスペクトルが、前記第1の色温度よりも高い第2の色温度を有する白色光であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の照明システム。
- 前記ドライバが、前記第1の期間、前記第2の期間および前記第3の期間のシーケンスを、予め決められた回数だけさらに繰り返すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記ドライバが、前記第1の期間および前記第3の期間のシーケンスを、さらに繰り返すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記ドライバが、前記第1のスペクトルの強度を徐々に減少させ、かつ前記第2のスペクトルの強度を徐々に増加させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記ドライバが、前記第2の期間に亘って、前記第1のスペクトルと前記第2のスペクトルとの合計の輝度または合計の明度を、一定に保つように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の照明システム。
- 請求項1記載の照明システムを含むことを特徴とする民生機器。
- 光源の駆動方法であって、時間的に順番に、
− 第1の期間に亘って第1のスペクトルを発生させる工程と、
− 第2の期間に亘って、前記第1のスペクトルを第2のスペクトルに変化させる工程であって、該第2のスペクトルは、前記光源が発生させる光により誘起される、視覚的効果とは異なる生物学的効果を有するスペクトルである工程と、
− 第3の期間に亘って、前記第2のスペクトルを持続する工程とを含み、
前記第2の期間の持続時間が、5秒から30分の範囲内より選択されることを特徴とする方法。
