Claims (33)
- 壁により規定されたポンプ室を有するハウジングと;
上記壁の外表面上に横たわる少なく一つの電磁モータ固定子と;そして、
ポンプ室中にあり、上記壁に関する回転中心軸の周りに回転可能な羽根車と、
を備えていて、
上記羽根車は、上記羽根車が上記回転中心軸の周りに回転している時に、上記ハウジングに対する所定の位置に上記軸と平行な軸方向における協働する一定磁極の磁力を要求することなく、上記羽根車を上記壁に対し上記回転中心軸に沿った位置に拘束するよう適合された流体力学的スラスト軸受表面を有している、
回転血液ポンプ。 - 上記回転血液ポンプは、上記一定磁極の軸方向に向かっている磁力を負荷する為に上記ハウジングに対する所定の位置に永久磁石を有している磁気軸受を有していない、請求項1の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は軸方向に向いている中央貫通開口を有している、請求項1中に請求されている如き回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記モータ固定子は横断面が実質的に環形状であり、そして上記羽根車の回転中心軸と同芯である、請求項1の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は円形状の周辺を有していて、その直径は上記環形状の電磁モータ固定子の直径と実質的に同じである、請求項4の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記壁は上壁と下壁とを含んでいて、上記血液ポンプはさらに上記上壁の外表面上に横たわっている第1モータ固定子と上記下壁の外表面上に横たわっている第2モータ固定子とを備えている、請求項1の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記第1モータ固定子は上記第2モータ固定子よりも上記羽根車に接近されている、請求項6の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記モータ固定子の夫々は横断面において実質的に環状であり、そして上記羽根車の回転軸と同芯である、請求項6の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は円形状の周辺を有していて、その直径は上記環状のモータ固定子の夫々の直径と実質的に同じである、請求項8の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車の回転軸に対し直線状に配置されている円形状カニューレをさらに備えていて、上記モータ固定子が上記円形状カニューレに対し同芯である、請求項4の回転血液ポンプ。
- 壁により規定されたポンプ室を有するハウジングと;
上記壁の外表面上に横たわる少なく一つの電磁モータ固定子と;そして、
ポンプ室中にある羽根車と、
を備えていて、
上記羽根車は複数の相互に離間した羽根車本体を有し、上記羽根車本体の夫々は不均一な長さの一対の直線状側壁を有していて、個々の羽根車本体の側壁は内方縁から羽根車本体の個々の周縁まで延出していて、上記内方縁は羽根車の回転の方向において周縁の前方にある、
回転血液ポンプ。 - 上記側壁の短い方は、羽根車本体進行側表面を規定している、請求項11中に請求されている如き回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は、上記羽根車本体の上記内方縁により規定された中心開口を有している、請求項11中に請求されている如き回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記進行側表面はいずれの他の進行側表面に対して垂直ではない、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記進行側表面は上記羽根車本体の側壁のいずれに対しても垂直ではない、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 血液流路が隣接した羽根車本体の間に形成されていて、いずれの血液流路もいかなる他の血液流路に対し垂直ではない、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車本体は上記壁の内表面に隣接して流体力学的スラスト軸受表面をさらに含んでおり、流体力学的スラスト軸受表面は進行側表面から延出しているとともに羽根車が回転している時に上記壁の内表面に対する羽根車の軸方向位置を拘束するよう適用されている、
請求項11中に請求されている如き回転血液ポンプ。 - 羽根車本体が、上記壁の内表面に隣接した実質的に平坦な突起表面をさらに含んでいて、上方の突起表面が流体力学的スラスト軸受表面に対し側方に隣接している、
請求項17中に請求されている如き回転血液ポンプ。 - モータ固定子は横断面において実質的に環状であり、そして羽根車の回転軸に対し同芯である、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は円形状の周辺を有していて、その直径は上記環状の電磁モータ固定子の直径と実質的に同じである、請求項19の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記壁は上壁及び上記上壁から離れている下壁を含んでいて、羽根車は上記上壁の内表面と上記下壁の内表面との間に配置されていて、そして、上記モータ固定子は上記上壁の外表面上に横たわっている第1モータ固定子と上記下壁の外表面上に横たわっている第2モータ固定子とを含む、請求項19の回転血液ポンプ。
- 磁化された羽根車と電磁モータ固定子により提供され磁力との間の磁気連結が、羽根車が回転している時に羽根車の半径方向位置を拘束する、請求項21の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記上壁上に横たわっているモータ固定子は、上記下壁上に横たわっているモータ固定子よりも羽根車に接近している、請求項21の回転血液ポンプ。
- モータ固定子の夫々は横断面において実質的に環状であるとともに、羽根車の回転軸と同芯である、請求項21の回転血液ポンプ。
- 上記羽根車は円形状の周辺を有していて、その直径は上記環状のモータ固定子の夫々の直径と実質的に同じである、請求項24の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車は、生物適合性の磁気的に等方な材料を含む、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 生物適合性の磁気的に等方な材料は、プラチナ−コバルト合金である、請求項26の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車は有機物重合体により被覆されている、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車本体は、内部空洞と上記空洞内に密封されている永久駆動磁石とを有している、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車本体は、上表面及び側壁により上表面から離されている下表面を有していて、羽根車本体は上表面に隣接して上方磁極をさらに含んでいる、請求項11の回転血液ポンプ。
- 羽根車本体は、下表面に隣接した下方磁極をさらに含んでいる、請求項30の回転血液ポンプ。
