Claims (9)
- 電気的に相互接続されて光活性面(2)を規定する複数の光電池セル(100)を含み、光電池セル(100)は、電気的に絶縁している前面の被覆層(3a)及び背面の被覆層(3b)の間に閉じ込められており、前面の被覆層(3a)は、光電池セル(100)のための機械的保護機能を有する前面の被覆部材(4)によって前面を被覆されていて、背面の被覆層(3b)は、限られた厚さのセラミックのスラブ(5)である支持部材によって背面を支持されている、光電池モジュール(1)。
- セラミックのスラブ(5)が、3ミリメートル以下の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
- セラミックのスラブ(5)が、1.5ミリメートル以上の厚さである、請求項2に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
- セラミック粉末をプレスすることにより得られたスラブ状の製品を焼成することにより形成されたガラス化セラミック材料から、セラミックのスラブ(5)が形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
- セラミックのスラブ(5)が、連続製造ラインでセラミック粉末をプレスすることにより得られる、請求項4に記載の光電池モジュール。
- セラミックのスラブ(5)が、大きな表面積になる主要な寸法を有する、請求項5に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
- セラミックのスラブ(5)の主要な寸法が、1メートル×3メートルである、請求項6に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
- 前面の被覆層(3a)及び背面の被覆層(3b)が不活性接着剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の光電池モジュール(1)。
