Claims (17)
- 支持形鋼(2)に取り付けられた太陽モジュールの末端枠体(1)用の、締付部品支持体(3)を有する据付設備であって、該締付部品支持体は、前記支持形鋼の長手方向(8)に沿って該支持形鋼(2)上を案内されて移動することができ、また、前記太陽モジュールの枠体部分(1)と前記締付部品支持体(3)の中を案内されて変位する締付部品(4)とを含んで支持形鋼(2)に固定することができることを特徴とする据付設備。
- 前記締付部品支持体(3)と前記支持形鋼(2)とによって形成された案内部材対(9、10)が、該支持形鋼(2)の長軸のウェブ(9)と該締付部品支持体(3)の側脚(11)に設けられた突端部又は突端ウェブ(10)とを有し、前記締付部品支持体(3)の支持部材(16、18)が前記支持形鋼(2)上に載置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の据付設備。
- 前記案内部材対(9、10)が、前記支持形鋼(2)の外側に設けられた長軸のウェブ(9)と、前記締付部品支持体(3)の前記側脚(11)の内側に設けられた突端部又は突端ウェブ(10)とを有し、前記締付部品支持体(3)の支持部材(16、18)が前記支持形鋼(2)上に載置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の据付設備。
- 前記長軸のウェブ(9)と前記突端部又は突端ウェブ(10)とが前記支持形鋼の長手方向(8)に平行に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記太陽モジュールの枠体(1)の前記締付部品支持体に対向する面の方を向いた、該締付部品支持体(3)の側面が、該枠体(1)の該面に対して角度αをなして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記締付部品支持体(3)が、横から見ると長斜方形の断面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の据付設備。
- 前記締付部品(4)が、ウェブ(4.3)と反対方向に延在する2本の脚部(4.1、4.2)とを有する二角形材として設計され、上方の脚部(4.1)は前記太陽モジュールの枠体部分(1)の上面の上に達し、下方の脚部(4.2)が、前記締付部品支持体(3)の内部又は上に、前記移動の方向(7)に垂直位置調節可能に案内されて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記移動の方向(7)に沿って前記締付部品(4)の垂直位置を調節するために、螺子筋を切ったボルト(12)が前記脚部(4.2)の内側に設けられた螺子山に回転可能に配されて、前記締付部品支持体(3)の頭部(13)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記移動の方向(7)に沿って前記締付部品(4)の垂直位置を調節するために、脚部(4.2)の内側に設けられた螺子山が、前記頭部(13)の内側に設けられた螺子山に回転可能に配されて、前記脚部(4.2)によって支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記頭部(13)が孔(14)を有し、該孔を通して前記螺子筋を切ったボルト(12)が入ることのできるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の据付設備。
- 前記頭部(13)の内部が、前記螺子筋を切ったボルト(12)の頭を収容するためのL字形の中空レール(15)として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は10に記載の据付設備。
- 前記脚部(4.2)又は前記頭部(13)の前記内側に設けられた螺子山が、前記脚部(4.2)又は前記頭部(13)の空洞又は溝に配設されるナットによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の据付設備。
- 前記締付部品(4)が挿入された前記締付部品支持体(3)が、前記側脚(11)及び前記ウェブ(4.3)の領域でスリーブ(5)によって覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 前記スリーブ(5)が傾斜した中空の直方体の内形、及び好ましくは同じ直方体の外形を有していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の据付設備。
- 前記スリーブ(5)の傾斜角度が角度αに対応することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の据付設備。
- 前記角度αが、締め付けの過程で最終的に前記ウェブ(4.3)が前記枠体部分(1)の前記面に平行な位置に来るように、前記締付部品支持体(3)内で前記締付部品(4)が変位するように定められることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
- 締め付けが完了した最終位置においては、前記ウェブ(4.3)が前記脚部(4.2)に対向する領域にある前記スリーブ(5)の内面に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の据付設備。
