材料除去工具。 - 前記複数のスペーサの少なくとも一部が、超硬合金製である、
請求項1に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ナットが、前記複数のスペーサに圧縮プリロードを付加する、
請求項1に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ナットが、前記遠位端部にねじ締めされる、
請求項3に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記圧縮プリロードが、前記ねじ締めされたナットの標準負荷の約75%である、
請求項4に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ナットが、前記延長部に、引っ張りプリロードを付加する、
請求項3に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記延長部の前記遠位端部に取り付けられたキャップを備え、前記キャップが、複数の切削挿入部を備える、

請求項1、2、3、6、7及び10のいずれか1項に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ワッシャーが、外側直径と内側直径とを有し、前記外側直径が、前記内側直径の約1.33倍から約2倍である、
請求項11に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ナットが、前記遠位端部で前記延長部の周囲に配置されており、前記材料除去工具が、前記延長部の前記遠位端部の断面に取り付けられたキャップを備え、前記キャップが、複数の切削挿入部を備える、
請求項1、2、3、6、7、10及び11のいずれか1項に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記ナットが、前記複数のスペーサに、第1の圧縮プリロードを付加し、前記キャップが、前記複数のスペーサに、第2の圧縮プリロードを付加する、

請求項17に記載の材料除去工具。 - 前記突き出し長さと、前記延長部に沿って配置された複数のスペーサの数とが、異なった突き出し長さを有する材料除去工具間で異なる、
請求項17に記載の材料除去工具。 - 材料除去工具の製造方法であって、
延長部の少なくとも一部に沿って複数のスペーサを配置する工程であって、前記延長部が、前記材料除去工具のハウジングから遠位端部まで長手方向に延びる、工程と、
前記延長部の遠位端部にナットを締め付ける工程と、
前記複数のスペーサに、圧縮プリロードを付加する工程と、を備え、
前記複数のスペーサが、鋼の約1.5倍の大きさのヤング率を有する材料から形成されている、
材料除去工具の製造方法。 - 前記複数のスペーサの少なくとも1部が、超硬合金製である、
請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のスペーサに圧縮のプリロードを付加する工程が、前記ナットを締め付けることによる第1の圧縮プリロードを少なくとも含む、
請求項20又は21に記載の方法。 - 前記延長部の前記遠位端部にキャップを取り付ける工程を含み、前記キャップが、複数の切削挿入部を備え、前記複数のスペーサに圧縮のプリロードを付加する工程が、前記キャップを取り付けることによる前記複数のスペーサへの第2の圧縮プリロードを含む、
請求項22に記載の方法。 - 前記材料除去工具が、約2:1から約12:1の、直径に対する突き出し長さの比を有し、前記突き出し長さと、前記延長部に沿って配置された複数のスペーサの数とが、異なった突き出し長さを有する材料除去工具間で異なる、
