Abstract
Description
本発明は、第1の放射源及び発光物質を含有する光源並びにこのような光源の製造方法に関する。本発明は、特に、1種又は数種の可視可能なスペクトル範囲で発光する発光物質及び少なくとも1種の有利にはUVで発光する、有利には排他的でなく、LEDである第1の源を使用した、電気的光源の製造方法に関する。
(i)第1の放射源及び
(ii)無定形の又は部分結晶性の網目を基礎となる発光物質層又は発光物質を含み、
この網目が窒素(N)及びP、Si、B及びAlから選択された少なくとも2種の元素を含有し、その際、この網目中に少なくとも1種の活性化剤が組み込まれている、光源により解決される。
Claims (20)
- (i)第1の放射源及び
(ii)無定形の又は部分結晶性の網目を基礎となる発光物質層を含み、
この網目がN及びP、Si及びAlから選択された少なくとも2種の元素を含有し、その際、この網目中に少なくとも1種の活性化剤が組み込まれている、光源。 - 活性化剤が、Ba、Zn、Mn、Eu、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Sn、Sb、Pb又は/及びBiから選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の光源。
- 発光物質層が、Si3B3N7の組成の網目を基礎とすることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の光源。
- 第1の放射源が、250nm〜450nmの波長範囲の光を放出することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 第1の放射源が、LEDであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 第1の放射源が、GaN-又はGa(In)N−LEDであることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の光源。
- 発光物質層が、直接的に又は非直接的に、第1の放射源と接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 発光物質層が、光を480〜740nmの波長で放出する発光物質を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 発光物質層が、更に固形粒子を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 固形粒子が、SiO2、TiO2、SnO2、ZrO2、HfO2又は/及びTa2O5から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の光源。
- 発光物質層が、200〜3000nmの層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の光源。
- 発光物質前駆体が、液状の形態で又は懸濁体として、第1の放射源に直接的に又は非直接的に設けられ、かつ、引き続き硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の光源の製造方法。
- 発光物質が、プレセラミック材料として、特にプレセラミックオリゴマーとして設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 発光物質が、分子状前駆体から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 分子状前駆体が、一成分前駆体であり、特に、Cl3Si(NH)BCl2(TABD)、Cl3PNSiCl3、Cl4P(N)(BCl2)SiCl3、(Cl3Si)2NBCl2、Cl3SiN(BCl2)2、(H3Si)2NBCl2、Cl3Si(NH)(BCl)(NH)SiCl3、[(Cl3Si)(NH)(BNH)]3、Cl3Si(NH)(AlCl)(NH)SiCl3、(Cl3Si(NH)AlCl2)2又は[Cl3PN(PCl2)2N]+[AlCl4]-から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方法。
- 発光物質前駆体が、浸漬コーティングにより、スピンコーティングにより、又は、吹付けコーティングにより設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 発光物質前駆体の粘度が、0.01〜10Pa.sに調節されることを特徴とする、請求項12から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 発光物質が、複数の層で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 発光物質前駆体が、熱分解により硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項12から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1に定義されるような発光物質層を含有する、波長変換材料。
