Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 組織除去プローブであって、
近端および遠端を有する細長いプローブ軸と、
前記プローブ軸を通して縦に伸びる少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と、
前記プローブ軸の前記遠端に取り付けられた複数の電極であって、前記各電極は前記少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と流体連絡する多孔構造を含み、前記複数の電極は実質的に同じ平面内に伸びる表面を有する、複数の電極と、
を備える組織除去プローブ。 - 前記プローブ軸はその上に前記複数の電極をそれぞれ取り付けた複数の管を備え、また前記少なくとも1つの灌流管腔は前記複数の管を通して縦に伸びる複数の灌流管腔を構成する、請求項1記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記実質的に同じ平面内に伸びる表面は遠位に面する表面である、請求項1または2記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記遠位に面する表面は先細である、請求項3記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記実質的に同じ平面内に伸びる表面は平面である、請求項1−4のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記実質的に同じ平面内に伸びる表面は曲面である、請求項1−4のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記複数の電極は多極配置で形成される、請求項1−6のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記各電極の前記多孔構造は1−50ミクロンの範囲の有効直径を持つ孔を有する、請求項1−7のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記各電極の前記多孔構造は相互接続する孔を有する、請求項1−8のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記プローブ軸の前記近端に取り付けられたコネクタ組立体を更に備え、前記コネクタ組立体は少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と流体連絡する少なくとも1つの接続口を備える、請求項1−9のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 組織除去プローブであって、
近端および遠端を有する細長いプローブ軸と、
前記プローブ軸を通して縦に伸びる少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と、
第1の電極であって、前記プローブ軸の前記遠端に取り付けられ、前記少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と流体連絡する多孔構造を有し、或る平面に沿って伸びる遠位に面する表面を有する、第1の電極と、
第2の電極であって、前記プローブ軸の前記遠端に取り付けられ、前記少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と流体連絡する多孔構造を有し、前記第1の電極の遠位に面する表面の平面に沿って伸びる遠位に面する表面を有する、第2の電極と、
を備える組織除去プローブ。 - 前記プローブ軸はその上に前記第1および第2の電極をそれぞれ取り付けた第1および第2の管を備え、また前記少なくとも1つの灌流管腔は前記第1および第2の管を通して縦に伸びる第1および第2の灌流管腔を構成する、請求項10記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記平面は前記プローブ軸の縦軸に対して曲がっている、請求項11または12記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記第1および第2の電極は双極配置で形成される、請求項11−13のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記第1および第2の電極のそれぞれの前記多孔構造は1−50ミクロンの範囲の有効直径を持つ孔を有する、請求項11−14のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記第1および第2の電極のそれぞれの前記多孔構造は相互接続する孔を有する、請求項11−15のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
- 前記プローブ軸の前記近端に取り付けられたコネクタ組立体を更に備え、前記コネクタ組立体は少なくとも1つの灌流管腔と流体連絡する少なくとも1つの接続口を備える、請求項11−16のいずれか一項記載の組織除去プローブ。
