Claims (8)
- コーティングされ、導電性材料から成る実質的にシリンダー形の摩擦接触面(2)の加工方法において、
前記摩擦接触面(2)が電解加工されることを特徴とする、加工方法。 - 前記摩擦接触面(2)の断面が電解加工によって幾何学的に非真円に加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦接触面(2)の断面が電解加工によって幾何学的に長円形にされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦接触面(2)が電解加工によって微細構造化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電解加工の際、加工電極(3)と加工する前記摩擦接触面(2)とが相対的に、直進運動、回転運動および/または振動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電解加工のための電極(3)であって、該電極(3)は先の尖った棒状に形成されており、長円形の断面を有していることを特徴とする電極(。
- 前記電極(3)が管状の断面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電極。
- 電解加工の際、電気化学的に活性している電極面の部分が微細構造を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の電極。
