Abstract
本発明は、垂直軸風車及び少なくとも2枚のタービンブレードに関し、各タービンブレードを、支持アーム及び完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素を介して、回転可能な垂直軸に結合させる。本発明によれば、完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素と支持アームとの間に、ブレードを設け、該ブレードをタービンブレードで規定する迎角側で凸状とし、他方側で凹状とする。本発明は、風車を製造する方法にも関する。

Description
−完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の近位端部を、回転可能な垂直軸に、タービンブレードの投影が該回転可能な垂直軸上に占める該回転可能な垂直軸部分の外側にある位置で、結合させ;
−完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の遠位端部を、i)支持アームの遠位端部、及びii)該支持アームの遠位端部に結合させたタービンブレードの端部の、少なくとも1方と結合させる。
a)1)迎角縁部の水平面上に投影して形成した線と、2)支持アームの近位端部と遠位端部との間の線とを、互いに鋭角とし、
b)迎角縁部の水平面上に投影して形成した第1線が第1長さを有し、迎角縁部の垂直面上に投影して形成した第2線であって、回転可能な垂直軸及び支持アームの遠位端部を通過する第2線が、第2長さを有して、第1長さを第2長さより長くすること、を特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 垂直軸風車であって、該風車には、回転可能な垂直軸の他に、少なくとも2枚のタービンブレードを備えており、各タービンブレードには、上端部及び下端部を有し、該各タービンブレードの少なくとも1端部を、支持アームを介して前記回転可能な垂直軸に取着し、前記支持アームには、近位端部−前記回転可能な垂直軸に結合させる−と、遠位端部−タービンブレードの端部付近に位置する−とを有し、前記風車には、更に完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素を設け、該結合要素には、近位端部−前記回転可能な垂直軸に結合させる−と、遠位端部−前記回転可能な垂直軸と離隔して位置する−とを有しており、
−前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の前記近位端部を、前記回転可能な垂直軸に、前記タービンブレードの投影が該回転可能な垂直軸上に占める前記回転可能な垂直軸部分の外側にある位置で、結合させ;
−前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の前記遠位端部を、i)支持アームの遠位端部、及びii)該支持アームの遠位端部に結合させたタービンブレードの端部の、少なくとも1方と結合させる、垂直軸風車であって、該風車は、
ブレードを、前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素と前記支持アームとの間に設け、前記ブレードを、前記タービンブレードで規定する迎角側で凸状、他方側を凹状とし、前記ブレードには迎角縁部を有しており、
a)1)前記迎角縁部の水平面上に投影して形成した線と、2)前記支持アームの前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間の線とを、互いに鋭角とし、
b)前記迎角縁部の水平面上に投影して形成した第1線が第1長さを有し、前記迎角縁部の垂直面上に投影して形成した第2線であって、前記回転可能な垂直軸及び前記支持アームの遠位端部を通過する第2線が、第2長さを有して、前記第1長さを前記第2長さより長くすること、
を特徴とする垂直軸風車。 - 前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素が、条片形状を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車。
- 前記条片は、該条片の遠位端部にキンクを有し、該条片をタービンブレードの端部に結合させること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の風車。
- 前記ブレードにより、i)前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の前記遠位端部、ii)前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素、及びiii)前記支持アームの少なくとも1つを、遮蔽すること、を特徴とする前請求項の何れかに記載の風車。
- 前記迎角側から見て、前記ブレードが三角形の形状を有すること、を特徴とする前請求項の何れかに記載の風車。
- 軸には支持アーム、完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素、及びタービンブレードを設けること、及びブレードを、前記支持アームと前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素との間に設け、該ブレードを、前記タービンブレードで規定した迎角側で凸状とし、他方側では凹状とし、前記ブレードには、前記軸に略直交する方向成分を有する迎角縁部を有すること、を特徴とする前請求項の何れかに記載の垂直軸風車を製造する方法。
- 前記ブレードを、前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素と前記支持アームとの両方に取着する別に製造したブレードとすること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素、前記支持アーム及び前記ブレードの少なくとも1つを、鋼鉄から製造すること、を特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- キンクを備えた完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素を設け、前記結合部材の前記キンク部を前記タービンブレードと結合させること、を特徴とする請求項6乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレードにより、i)前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素の遠位端部、ii)前記完全に引張負荷可能な結合要素、及びiii)前記支持アーム、の少なくとも1つを遮蔽すること、を特徴とする請求項6乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
