(1) ±α1=±λ/p
Claims (15)
- 空間的に変調された1以上の光波を用いて、観察者の目の前方に、3次元シーンの光学的外観に適合する光点を再構成するホログラフィ投影システムであって、
−前記光波を連続的に変調するための、別個に制御可能な複数の変調セルを有する空間光変調手段と、
−フーリエ平面において前記変調された光波のフーリエスペクトルを実現するために、前記変調された光波を光学的に変換する手段と、
−ディスプレイスクリーンと、
を有し、
−前記変調セルの各々は、変調器表面上の制御可能な回折格子であり、位相ホログラムの内容により回折格子振幅(A)に設定され、これにより前記光波(LWmod)を位相変調し、
−光学的拡大手段(L2)は、単一の選択された回折次数(D+1)の前記光波(LWmod)から分離手段により排他的に分離された、前記光波(LWmod)の光部分を拡大し、
−前記ディスプレイスクリーン(S)は集束光学装置であり、これにより集束され、分離され、変調された光波は、目の位置(EP)の前方にシーンを再構成する
ことを特徴とするホログラフィ投影システム。 - 可動マイクロミラー面である別個に制御可能な変調セルであって、1以上の制御回路で集積的に形成された変調セルを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記ディスプレイスクリーンは凹面レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記分離手段(A、A1)と前記光学的拡大手段(L2)とは、前記フーリエ変換手段(L1)のフーリエ平面(FTL)の近傍に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記分離手段は、前記選択された回折次数(D+1)の前記変調された光を目の位置(EP)に対して排他的に送信する、1以上のアパーチャ出口を有するアパーチャマスク(A、A1)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記アパーチャマスクの前記アパーチャ出口の画像が前記目の位置(EP)で観察可能であるように設計されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記変調器表面に対して実質的に垂直に設けられた光軸を有し、
前記変調された光波(LWmod)が前記光軸に沿って伝播するように、干渉を生成可能な光が前記マイクロミラー面(21...24、31...33)を照明する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。 - 前記マイクロミラー面を垂直に照明するために、前記光軸上に設けられた半透過型傾斜ミラー(M)を有し、
前記ミラーは、前記分離された回折次数(D+1)の光路中に存在する全ての光をカバーする面領域を少なくとも有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。 - 電気機械的に移動した前記マイクロミラー面は、実質的に平坦であり、前記光波(LWmod)の伝播方向に対して垂直に移動していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記フーリエ変換手段(L1)は、前記空間光変調手段(SLM)の近傍に設けられた集束レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記光変調手段は、光学的に直列に配置された2つの空間格子光変調器(SLM1、SLM2)であって、これらが共同して連続的な位相変調を実現する空間格子光変調器を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記回折光変調器(SLM1、SLM2)は互いに面し、
第1の回折光変調器(SLM1)を前記第2の回折光変調器(SLM2)に対して画像形成するように、投影手段(L4)が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。 - 他の半透過型傾斜ミラー(M2)を用いて、前記2つの回折光変調器(SLM1、SLM2)により変調された前記光波(LWmod)が前記光学的拡大手段(L2)に対して分離されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 前記フーリエ変換手段(L1)が前記第2の回折光変調器(SLM2)の近傍に設けられ、これにより前記位相ホログラムが、前記第2の半透過型傾斜ミラー(M2)の後方に存在するフーリエ平面(FTL2)内に光学的に変換され、光伝播の方向で観察されることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のホログラフィ投影システム。
- 制御ループを用いて、偏位の連続性が観察されることを特徴とするホログラフィ投影システム。
