Claims (23)
- ゴム製物品を硬化させる方法であって、前記方法は、
高温限度(TH)と低温限度(TL)との間の測定硬化温度(TM)を維持するステップを有し、前記THは、高温硬化曲線から導き出され、前記TLは、低温硬化曲線から導き出され、
硬化標的A1又はA2を得るステップを有し、前記A1は、前記高温硬化曲線と基本温度(TB)との間の面積であり、A2は、前記低温硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記TBは、前記A1及び前記A2を互いの少なくとも10%以内にするよう選択され、
測定硬化曲線の下の面積を求めるステップを有し、前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積は、前記測定硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記測定硬化曲線は、経時的な前記測定硬化温度のプロットとして定義され、
前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積が前記硬化標的に達すると、硬化の完了を指示するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記TBは、前記A1及びA2を互いの5%以内にするよう選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記TBは、前記A1及び前記A2を互いに等しくするよう選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記THと前記TLの差は、10℃〜50℃である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記THと前記TLの差は、15℃〜70℃である、請求項1記載の方法。

前記ゴム製物品を硬化させるために制御可能に加熱されるチャンバを有するオートクレーブと、
前記オートクレーブの前記チャンバ内の硬化温度の関数として信号を発生させる温度センサと、
前記オートクレーブ内の前記硬化温度を制御するコントローラとを有し、前記コントローラは、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を記憶しているメモリ型記憶装置とを有し、前記実行可能な命令は、請求項12記載の命令を含む、システム。
