Abstract
【解決手段】フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応によって合成ガスから液体炭化水素を合成する液体炭化水素の合成方法であって、前記合成反応によって副生されるFTガスに含まれる炭酸ガスを吸収剤に吸収させる第1吸収工程と、前記合成ガスに含まれる前記炭酸ガスを前記第1吸収工程で用いた前記吸収剤に吸収させる第2吸収工程とを含む。

Description
FTガスには、FT合成反応において未反応の合成ガスが含まれている。本発明によれば、炭酸ガスが分離された状態のFTガスをFT合成反応に再利用することができるので、合成ガスを無駄なく使用することができる。
本発明によれば、第1吸収工程及び第2吸収工程で吸収させた炭酸ガスを再生工程においてまとめて放出するので、個別に放出させる場合に比べて、再生塔などを共有することができ、装置コストを低減させることができる。
本発明によれば、炭酸ガスを放出させ、再生した吸収剤を再利用することができるので、吸収剤を無駄なく使用することができる。
本発明によれば、炭酸ガスを放出させ、再生した吸収剤の一部を第2吸収工程において直接導入し用いることとしたので、第2吸収工程においても清浄な吸収剤を用いることができる。
本発明によれば、合成ガスの流通方向の下流側により清浄な吸収剤が投入されるため、炭酸ガスを確実に吸収させることができる。
本発明によれば、吸収剤の流通方向と合成ガスの流通方向とを対向させることとしたので、より効率的に炭酸ガスを吸収することができる。
本発明によれば、炭酸ガスが分離された状態の前記FTガスに含まれる未反応の合成ガス成分をFT合成反応に再利用することができるので、炭酸ガスの濃縮回避によるFT合成反応の圧力低下が可能となり、反応器コストを低減させることができる。
本発明によれば、第1吸収塔及び第2吸収塔で吸収させた炭酸ガスを再生塔においてまとめて放出するので、個別に放出させる場合に比べて、再生塔などを共有することができ、装置コストを低減させることができる。
本発明によれば、炭酸ガスを放出させた吸収剤を再利用することができるので、吸収剤を無駄なく使用することができる。
本発明によれば、炭酸ガスを放出させた吸収剤の一部が第2吸収塔に直接導入されて用いられるので、第2吸収塔においても清浄な吸収剤を用いて炭酸ガスを吸収させることができる。
本発明によれば、合成ガスの流通方向の下流側により清浄な吸収剤が供給されるため、炭酸ガスを確実に吸収させることができる。
本発明によれば、吸収剤の流通方向と合成ガスの流通方向とを対向させることとしたので、より効率的に炭酸ガスを吸収することができる。

このような物質としては、例えばモノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、2−メチルアミノエタノール、2−エチルアミノエタノール、2−プロピルアミノエタノール、n−ブチルアミノエタノール、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノール、3−エチルアミノプロパノール、ジプロパノールアミンなどのアルカノールアミンが挙げられる。水溶液中のアミン化合物の濃度は、20質量%以上80質量%以下とされ、さらに好ましくは、30質量%以上50質量%以下とされる。
また、アミン化合物の水溶液以外の他の吸収剤が用いられる場合であっても勿論構わない。
気液分離器38によって分離されたFTガスは、FTガス流通管35bを介して第1吸収塔35の下部に供給される。第1吸収塔35に供給されたFTガスは、第1吸収塔35内を下部から上部へと移動する。一方、吸収剤は、再生塔24から第1配管24bを介して第1吸収塔35の上部に供給される。吸収剤は、第1配管24b内を流通する過程で、冷却器25aによって冷却される。第1吸収塔35の上部に供給された吸収剤は、第1吸収塔35内を上部から下部へと移動する。
例えば、上記実施形態では、再生塔24から供給される吸収剤を第1吸収塔35のみに供給する構成を例に挙げて説明したが、これに限られることは無い。例えば図4に示すように、再生塔24から供給される吸収剤の一部を第2吸収塔である第2吸収塔22に供給する構成としても構わない。
Claims (14)
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応によって合成ガスから液体炭化水素を合成する液体炭化水素の合成方法であって、
前記合成反応によって副生されるFTガスに含まれる炭酸ガスを吸収剤に吸収させる第1吸収工程と、
前記合成ガスに含まれる前記炭酸ガスを前記第1吸収工程で用いた前記吸収剤に吸収させる第2吸収工程と
を含むことを特徴とする液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記第1吸収工程後の前記FTガスを、前記第2吸収工程後であって前記合成反応を行う前の前記合成ガスに合流させる合流工程を更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記第2吸収工程後の前記吸収剤を加熱し、前記吸収剤から前記炭酸ガスを放出し、吸収剤を再生する再生工程を更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記第1吸収工程では、前記再生工程により前記炭酸ガスを放出させた前記吸収剤を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記第2吸収工程では、前記再生工程により前記炭酸ガスを放出させた前記吸収剤の一部を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記再生工程後の前記吸収剤の投入位置は、前記第1吸収工程で用いた前記吸収剤の投入位置よりも、前記合成ガスの流通方向の下流側である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - 前記第2吸収工程では、前記合成ガスの流通方向の下流側から上流側へ前記吸収剤を流通させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の液体炭化水素の合成方法。 - フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応によって合成ガスから液体炭化水素を合成する液体炭化水素の合成システムであって、
前記合成反応によって副生されるFTガスに含まれる炭酸ガスを吸収剤に吸収させる第1吸収塔と、
前記合成ガスに含まれる前記炭酸ガスを前記第1吸収塔で用いた前記吸収剤に吸収させる第2吸収塔と
を備えることを特徴とする液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記第1吸収塔からの前記FTガスを、前記第2吸収塔からの前記合成ガスに合流させる合流機構を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記第2吸収塔で用いた前記吸収剤を加熱し、前記吸収剤から前記炭酸ガスを放出させ、吸収剤を再生する再生塔を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記再生塔で前記炭酸ガスを放出させた前記吸収剤を前記第1吸収塔に供給する供給機構を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記再生塔で前記炭酸ガスを放出させた前記吸収剤の一部を前記第2吸収塔に供給する第2供給機構を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記第2供給機構による前記吸収剤の供給位置は、前記供給機構による前記吸収剤の供給位置よりも、前記合成ガスの流通方向の下流側である
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。 - 前記第2吸収塔では、前記吸収剤が前記合成ガスの流通方向の下流側から上流側へ供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項8から請求項13のうちいずれか一項に記載の液体炭化水素の合成システム。
