Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルムは、0.001〜0.5の低い屈折率値の差を有する2種の相違なる非相溶性高分子として、光透過媒質である第1高分子と光散乱粒子である第2高分子とを含み、第1高分子100重量部に対して30〜70重量部の第2高分子を含むことを特徴とし、また、高効率の光拡散高分子フィルムの製造方法は、コーティング又は押出しにより第1高分子は連続相をなし、第2高分子は分散相をなすように高分子フィルムを製造することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 高効率の光拡散高分子フィルムであって、
0.001〜0.5の低い屈折率値の差を有する2種の相違なる非相溶性高分子として、光透過媒質である第1高分子と光散乱粒子である第2高分子とを含み、
前記第1高分子100重量部に対して30〜70重量部の前記第2高分子を含むことを特徴とする、高効率の光拡散高分子フィルム。 - 前記2種の相違なる非相溶性高分子は、前記第1高分子及び前記第2高分子を溶媒で混合させた後、前記溶媒を乾燥させた時に50〜200 NTUの白濁度値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルム。
- 前記2種の相違なる非相溶性高分子は、物理的に互いに混ざらずに相分離が発生して連続相と分散相の形態からなり、前記分散相の形状は、球形又は球形に近いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1高分子及び前記第2高分子は、それぞれPMMA(ポリメチルメタクリレート)、PS(ポリスチレン)、PC(ポリカーボネート)、ポリエステル、フェノキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂又はシリコン樹脂のうち、少なくとも一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルム。
- 前記2種の相違なる非相溶性高分子が形成する断面モルホロジーの分散相又は連続相の追加的な相分離現象を防止し、断面モルホロジーを固定するために、前記第1種高分子及び前記第2種高分子100重量部に対して5〜95重量部のエネルギー線硬化型の低分子アクリレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルム。
- 請求項1〜5のうちの何れか1項に記載の高効率の光拡散高分子フィルムを製造する方法であって、
コーティング又は押出しにより前記第1高分子は連続相をなし、前記第2高分子は分散相をなすように高分子フィルムを製造することを特徴とする、高効率の光拡散高分子フィルムの製造方法。
