Description

The present invention relates to a cutting display box that displays a product by cutting a peripheral wall.

In general, as shown in FIG. 5, a cut tape 55, which has a bottom surface and a top surface closed by flaps 53, 54 extending from the side plates 51, 52 forming a peripheral wall and adhered to the inner surface of the peripheral wall as a tear band, is formed from the start end cut 56. When a peripheral wall is cut by pulling, a cutting display box that can display a product in an unpacked state in which an upper portion of the cutting edge is removed is used. In addition, a cut band is formed by inserting two parallel score lines on a single-sided cardboard liner forming a peripheral wall instead of the cut tape 55, and the cut band is pulled in the same manner as the cut tape 55 so as to be unpacked. There is also a display box.

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in the cutting display box as described above, when pulling a tear strip formed by a cut tape or a liner cut, if the orientation is not good, the work is difficult to perform, and it may take time for unpacking.
Further, in the production, the sticking of the cut tape and the liner cutting must be performed in the corrugated board production process, and there is a problem that the production cost is increased due to waste when forming a blank from such corrugated board. The use of zippers instead of cut tapes and liner cuts crushed the ridges around the zippers, which is a cause of inferior strength.

Means for solving the problem

An apparatus for forming a corrugated cardboard zipper using the scissors blade.

Figure 2010264741
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
This cutting display box is made of a cardboard blank as shown in FIG. 1, and in this blank, each pair of width surfaces and long side plates 1 and 2 are alternately arranged on the outer edge of one side plate 2. The passage 3 is continuously provided. Flaps 4 and 5 are connected to the upper and lower edges of the side plates 1 and 2, respectively.
A tongue piece 6 is formed on the side plates 1 and 2 by inserting a gate-shaped cut 7 upward, and a fold 8 is formed at the base end of the tongue piece 6.
The side plate 1 is provided with several striking portions for preventing breakage at the time of packing. Also, the side plate 2 is slightly upward from the vicinity of both end portions of the tongue piece 6 toward the side wall, and the side plate 2 has end portions outside the tongue pieces 6. A zipper 9 is formed in which the hook-shaped cuts are intermittently formed from the vicinity.
In order to assemble the blank as described above and pack the product, as shown in FIG. 2, each pair of side plates 1: 2 is bent into a square shape, and the passage 3 is attached to the opposite side plate 1. A peripheral wall is formed, and the flaps 4 and 5 are bent inward to close the bottom surface and the top surface.
On the other hand, when unpacking the box and displaying the product at the store, the end of the cut 7 is cut and the tongue 6 is pushed in as shown in FIG. It can be easily knocked inward using Hinge.
Then, put the hand into the extraction hole of the tongue piece 6 and pull up the upper end of the extraction hole made by the cut 7 to cut the zipper 9, and remove the upper part as shown in FIG. Can be displayed.
Thus, the above-mentioned cutting box can be easily unpacked regardless of the direction of the hand by simply pulling up the upper part of each side plate 1 and 2 from the extraction hole of the tongue piece 6, so that the display work at the store can be performed efficiently. Can be done.
Further, the tongue piece 6 can be similarly unpacked even if it is formed downward instead of upward as in this embodiment.
This cutting display box can be manufactured using a flexo-glue die cutter or platen type (up / down motion die cutter) that does not require sticking of a cut tape or liner cutting in the cardboard manufacturing process. Therefore, if a heavy article is packed and stacked in the zipper 9 of this cutting display box that can be supplied at a low cost, the peripheral wall tends to buckle. Can be suitable for As shown in FIG. 6, since the conventional scissors blade bites into the corrugated cardboard during the conventional manufacturing and does not leave, the elastic rubber 12 is attached to both ends of the conventional scissors blade to separate the corrugated cardboard and the conventional zipper.
At that time, it is pushed by the rubber 12, and the corrugated mountain of the corrugated cardboard is crushed, which causes the strength to deteriorate.
The conventional scissors blade is composed of two cutting edges, but the scissors blade of the present invention cuts out one edge (tapered, parallel) or has a notch in the two pieces shown in FIG. Forcibly push the cardboard into the part without the cutting edge.
Figure 2010264741
The amount can be reduced, and strength deterioration can be prevented without crushing the mountain.

The invention's effect

As described above, the cutting display box according to the present invention forms a tongue piece by inserting a gate shape into each side plate forming the peripheral wall, and has a bowl-shaped cut slightly upward from the end portion toward the center of the side wall. Improves intermittent scissors blades, avoids crushing corrugated cardboard, prevents strength deterioration, and is suitable for heavy-weight packaging.
