Abstract
【解決手段】上記製品は、粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織から成る少なくとも1層のコラーゲン層11からなる。コラーゲン層11には複数のスリット12が形成されて網状パターンが付与されており、それによって、高度の変形性を有する移植片構造体が構成されている。スリット12を形成して網状パターンを付与したことにより、組織移植片として使用する上での、また特に、外傷の処置のための組織移植片として使用する上での優れた特性が得られている。この組織移植片デバイス10の好適例は、各々が粘膜下層組織ないし腎被膜組織などのコラーゲン含有細胞外基質から成る材料層を、複数層備えたものであり、それによって、創傷の全治療期間に亘って、組織の内部成長を誘導するスカフォールドとして機能し続けることができ、即ち、優れた耐久性を備えたスカフォールドとして機能し得る。

Claims (35)
- 滲出性の開放性皮膚損傷の処置に有用な組織移植片製品において、
粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層を備えており、該コラーゲン層には複数のスリットが形成されて網状パターンが付与されており、
前記スリットの網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を1.2:1以上にするものであり、
前記粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層は、細胞の応答を誘起する採取源である生体組織からの生体的活性成分を保持する、ことを特徴とする組織移植片製品。 - 請求項1記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記コラーゲン層が、腸粘膜下層組織、胃粘膜下層組織、膀胱粘膜下層組織、または子宮粘膜下層組織を含む組織移植片製品。
- 請求項2記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記コラーゲン層が、小腸粘膜下層組織を含む組織移植片製品。
- 請求項1記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記コラーゲン層が、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る互いに接合された少なくとも2層の材料層を含む組織移植片製品。
- 請求項4記載の組織移植片製品であって、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る前記少なくとも2層の材料層が、架橋剤によって互いに接合されている組織移植片製品。
- 請求項4記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記少なくとも2層のコラーゲン層が、架橋剤なしで互いに接合されている組織移植片製品。
- 請求項6記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記少なくとも2層のコラーゲン層が、脱水加熱接合法によって互いに接合されている組織移植片製品。
- 請求項4記載の組織移植片製品であって、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る前記少なくとも2層の材料層が、互いに接合されて実質的に単一層のコラーゲン層を形成している組織移植片製品。
- 請求項8記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記少なくとも2層のコラーゲン層が、それらが互いに接している領域の略々全面において互いに接合されている組織移植片製品。
- 請求項1記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層は、付加的な非生来的な架橋結合が行われていない組織移植片製品。
- 請求項1記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記伸展比が2:1以上である組織移植片製品。
- 請求項10記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記伸展比が3:1以上である組織移植片製品。
- 請求項4記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を2:1以上にするものである組織移植片製品。
- 請求項13記載の組織移植片製品であって、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る前記少なくとも2層の材料層の、含水状態における各々の厚さが、50μm〜200μmの範囲内にある組織移植片製品。
- 請求項1記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記コラーゲン層がシート状である組織移植片製品。
- 請求項14記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記コラーゲン層がシート状である組織移植片製品。
- 開放性皮膚損傷に処置に有用はコラーゲン層を有する組織移植片製品を使用する方法であって、
該コラーゲン層は、複数のスリットを有して網状パターンを提供し、
該コラーゲン層は粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含むか、又は該コラーゲン層は互いに接合された少なくとも2層の細胞外基質層を含んで、多層構造体を提供し、
前記スリットの網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を1.2:1以上にするものであり、
前記コラーゲン層は、細胞の応答を誘起する採取源組織からの生体的活性成分を含有し、
前記生体的活性成分はヘパリン硫酸、ヒアルロン酸、フィブロネクチンを含む、前記使用方法。 - 請求項17記載の使用方法であって、前記損傷が熱傷または潰瘍である使用方法。
- 請求項18記載の使用方法であって、前記コラーゲン層が、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る少なくとも2層の材料層を含む使用方法。
- 請求項17記載の使用方法であって、前記網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を2:1以上にするものである使用方法。
- 滲出性の開放性皮膚損傷の処置に有用な組織移植片製品の製作方法において、
粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層を用意し、
前記コラーゲン層に複数のスリットを形成して網状パターンを付与する、
ことを特徴とする製作方法。 - 請求項21記載の製作方法であって、前記コラーゲン層が、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る互いに接合された少なくとも2層の材料層を含む製作方法。
- 請求項22記載の製作方法であって、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る前記少なくとも2層の材料層が、脱水加熱接合法によって互いに接合されている製作方法。
- 請求項22記載の製作方法であって、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る前記少なくとも2層の材料層が、架橋剤によって互いに接合されている製作方法。
- 請求項22記載の製作方法であって、前記網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を2:1以上にするものである製作方法。
- 滲出性の開放性皮膚損傷の処置に有用な組織移植片構造体において、
少なくとも2層の細胞外基質から成る材料層を互いに接合して多層構造体としたコラーゲン含有層を備えており、前記コラーゲン含有層には複数のスリットが形成されて網状パターンが付与されている、
ことを特徴とする組織移植片構造体。 - 請求項26記載の組織移植片構造体であって、前記コラーゲン含有層が、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る互いに接合された少なくとも2層の材料層を含む組織移植片構造体。
- 請求項27記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記粘膜下層組織が、腸粘膜下層組織、胃粘膜下層組織、膀胱粘膜下層組織、または子宮粘膜下層組織である組織移植片製品。
- 請求項28記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記粘膜下層組織が、小腸粘膜下層組織である組織移植片製品。
- 請求項26記載の組織移植片製品であって、前記網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン含有層の含水状態における伸展比を2:1以上にするものである組織移植片製品。
- 医用製品において、
滅菌パッケージと、
前記滅菌パッケージの中に封入されており、粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層を備えており、該コラーゲン層には複数のスリットが形成されて網状パターンが付与されている、滲出性の開放性皮膚損傷の処置に有用な組織移植片製品と、を備え、
前記スリットの網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を1.2:1以上にするものであり、
前記粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織を含んで成るコラーゲン層は、細胞の応答を誘起する採取源組織からの生体的活性成分を含有し、
前記生体的活性成分はヘパリン硫酸、ヒアルロン酸、フィブロネクチンを含む、ことを特徴とする医用製品。 - 請求項31記載の医用製品であって、前記網状パターンが、前記コラーゲン層の含水状態における伸展比を2:1以上にするものである医用製品。
- 請求項31記載の医用製品であって、前記コラーゲン層が、各々が粘膜下層組織から成る互いに接合された少なくとも2層の材料層を含む医用製品。
- 請求項31記載の医用製品であって、前記コラーゲン層が腎被膜組織を含む医用製品。
- 請求項1乃至16の何れかに記載の組織移植編製品であって、
粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織は、該粘膜下層組織または腎被膜組織の採取源である生体組織に生来的に備わる成長因子をそのまま保持する、ことを特徴とする組織移植片製品。
