Abstract
【解決手段】高密度ポリエチレン60〜90質量部、エラストマ40〜10質量部からなるベースポリマ100質量部に対して、脂肪酸アミド0.1〜3質量部含む樹脂組成物で被覆した架空光ドロップケーブルである。
【選択図】なし
Description
作製したペレットをロールで混練し、1mmシートにプレス成型後、JISC3005に準拠して引張試験を行い、伸び300%以上、引張強さ12MPa以上を目標値とした。
作製したケーブルを、JISK7125に準拠して動摩擦係数を測定し、0.5未満を目標値とした。
作製したケーブルを、JISC3005に準拠して60度傾斜燃焼試験を行い、炎を取り去った後の延焼時間を測定し、60秒以内に自然消火したものを合格とした。
クマゼミの生息地域である沖縄県西原町にて実験を行った。実験は縦1m×横1m×高さ2mのケージを準備し、ケージ内に雌のクマゼミを10匹放して行った。このケージ内には、作製したケーブルが格子状に張り渡されている。クマゼミの成虫は寿命が短いため、餌となる樹液を確保するために、クマゼミが好む樹木をケージの中央に配置した。
判定として引張強さ、動摩擦係数、難燃性、耐クマゼミ性のいずれも良好なものを二重○、引張強さ、動摩擦係数、耐クマゼミ性が良好なものを○とした。

Claims (4)
- 高密度ポリエチレン60〜90質量部、エラストマ40〜10質量部からなるベースポリマ100質量部に対して、脂肪酸アミド0.1〜3質量部含む樹脂組成物で、樹脂被覆層を形成したことを特徴とする架空光ドロップケーブル。
- エラストマが、天然ゴム、ポリイソブチレン、ポリイソプレン、ブチルゴム、ニトリルブチルゴム、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン共重合体、エチレン−ブテン共重合体、エチレン−オクテン共重合体、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体等のブロック共重合体、あるいはスチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−ブタジエン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体(部分水素添加スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体)等のブロック共重合体の部分又は完全水添物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも2種類以上である請求項1記載の架空光ドロップケーブル。
- ベースポリマ100質量部に対して、ノンハロゲン難燃剤を10〜50質量部、難燃助剤を0.5〜10質量部含ませた請求項1記載の架空光ドロップケーブル。
- ベースポリマ100質量部に対して、ノンハロゲン難燃剤として金属水酸化物を10〜50質量部、難燃助剤として赤燐を0.5〜10質量部含ませた請求項1記載の架空光ドロップケーブル。
